Buick - The Best!!

Awesome Experience
by vbchells4 on 11/21/2008We just bought a Murano from this dealership 2 days ago. We still cant believe how simple the process was. We drove there, saw the car at the LoWEST price we could have ever imagined.... and bought it. The whole purchase process took… about an hour and we were on our way. They really made it simple and the fact that they dont haggle at all makes the process pressure free. The car had a few tiny scratches on it because it was a rental- but we literally paid $6000 less than we had negotiated at a Nissan dealership for the same exact car a week before. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking at getting an amazing deal in a no pressure environment. Jeff was great to deal with!taking responsibility
by aquariumcat on 09/19/2008my husband bought a 2007 150 ford about 3 weeks ago. last night he was coming home from work and was pulled over by a glendora policeman for having 2009 tags that did not match his truck.he accused him of using a 2009 tag from another… truck. my husband explained that he just purchased the truck and showed him all the paper work. and he told him to take it up with the dealership from whom he bought it from. so my husband went to reynolds buick the next morning when they opened to talk to the salesman that sold him the truck, but he wasn't there. so he spoke to another salesman there and he told him there was nothing there they could do that it was not their fault. not a "sorry for the incovience" or even a simple appoligy. this is the second veichle my husband and i bought there and i gaurantee that will be our last. i guess there customer service ends when you pull your vechile out of the lot, then your on your own.we live up in the high desert so we traveled to covina to purchase a vechile. we will no longer be doing business with reynolds buick. i have a 2000 echo toyota and will be purchacing a vechile within the next year but not from them. with employees like that i'm sure one day i'll drive by reynolds buick and see an empty lot and i'll know why. if you decide to buy from them please make sure all the paper work and tags match the vechile you bought.Very Disapointed with Nyugen
by phivco on 12/31/2007I was near buying a 2007 Aspen with 25K miles on the evening of the 28th of December and the sales man was very nice. We test drove it and wanted to drive it home that night. I was trading in a clear title use SUV and paying cash for the… diffrence. All went well until the sales man went to the manager named Nyugen or something close. He was absolutely rude unrealistic, irrational and unmotivated to sell. I now know he is a disgrace to Reynolds. I was shocked that he had the customer mindset he did and the salesman was appologetic and sympathetic. I made a counter offer and Nyugen turned it down again. I told the sales man I needed to look him in the eye and I then went and he was basicall rude and cold. My instinct told me to walk away even though I wanted to buy. I did and thanked the sales man for his effort. Turns out it was a blessing as the next day I brought a certified 2007 Aspen witn 12000 miles (half the one in Covina) for 2000 bucks less than Nyugen would do at Labrea Chrysler, Jeep. They were a real dealer that actually wanted to sell and serve with a customer perspective. For the nice salesman at Covina, it's sad to say from a good sales man's perspective that I will not darken the doorstep of Reynolds again as long as the Nyugen [violative content deleted] is there.Great Dealership to buy used from
by guill34 on 12/28/2007I have purchased 2 used cars from Reynolds. Both transaction were cash & no problems. The best price on used cars. The price is what you see. They will not go lower, but you will not find the exact same car cheaper else where. When I came… onto the lot, Andy came over to see if he could answer any questions. Told him that I was just looking. He said all the cars are open & just take my time & if any questions, just let him know. It was great to walk around without a sales person following you! They even have cars behind the service area and yes they do let you go back by your self. I live in West Covina so it's great. But even if I did not, I would drive for the great deal! If you want a current year used car, see them. Did find out that inventory does change about every 2 weeks. If they have the style you want & a bunch of them, wait & go onto the website daily & sometimes you can get the car you want $1,000.00 or $2,000.00 cheaper. If the car stays on the lot to long, they will discount the price.One of the Best
by blownpontiac on 10/08/2007My favorite dealership, by far. I have a near 4 decades worth of vehicle purchases, and Reynolds has been the best dealership in my opinion. I have purchased three trucks from the GMC side of the dealership. Never any hassles and I have… not had to spend more than two hours to finalize a sale. I would have purchased my most recent truck from Reynolds, but Scott GMC down the road would not accommodate a trade, and I was forced to go from the best dealership, to the worst in order to purchase my current truck.
