    Gabrielle really took care of of my situation and did everything to help me!! So I want to thank him for trying to reach out to Auto Nation BMW where I bought the car. They never got back to him or myself!! Thank you for trying very hard to get answers for me since I just bought the car on 7/16/23. I should’ve had to pay a dime but I did!

    As always another great service experience. I came in for my oil change and tire rotation. I was greated promptly and given a time estimate while I waited on the work to be completed. The waiting room is great for getting work done while I am wait on my vehicle. After being told I needed two new tires which I knew it would be time for, I didn't wait that much longer for the work to be complete. Everything was completed in a timely manner.

    The entire process was positive, I was out of there within a reasonable time, which great! The sales manager was cordial and the finance person Omar was very helpful and efficient. If I had a little criticism was the salesperson was not as helpful in going over some of aspects of the car at the time of delivery and did not respond when I mentioned the car was missing a Floor mat on the drivers side. When I returned the following day the GM was very helpful and took care of it, But it just appeared the salesperson needs more training , nice person just not trained in customer service. Overall experience was positive .

    I brought my 2020 GX 50 in for it's annual check up and oil change. Jeffrey was great and he was able to fix the driver's side passenger door that would not lock.

    Our service representative was Gabriel. He was fantastic! He contacted us multiple times via text to let us know the progress of the repair to our car. He was knowledgeable.     I was very happy with the service I received. My appointment was honored on time, and my representative, Hazel, was very thorough and professional. I had confidence in her recommendations, and did not feel like there was any up selling of services. My only disappointment was that they no longer offered a loaner car for the 15K mile service - only a shuttle to home.

    Just some constructive feedback: 1. An oil change and tire rotation should not take 2 hours. I was the first appointment (7:00am) and my car was not ready until 9:00. The time before this service, I was there for 5 hours. Oil change, new tires. 2. If the above service is going to take 2 hours, then a loaner car should be available or provide valet service. May want to look up Mike Ward Infiniti in Colorado. .

  • Simple Oil & Filter Service

    Made an appointment for an oil change, filter and multi point inspection. I was going to wait for the service as I often do, but was informed it would take at least 2 and 1/2 hours. For an oil change! I was offered a ride home so took it. Three hours later I got a call and said my vehicle was ready. Arriving at the dealership about 20-30 minutes later there was no one at the service counter. Finally finding someone they told me the car was still being washed. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the car to be ready. I thought that receiving a call that the car was ready actually meant it was ready. Then I got into the car to drive home and many of my settings (seat, radio, etc.) were changed. From an oil change?
