You doo need an appointment for a oil change

Ford advertises that you don't need an appointment for a oil change in the quick lane. Went into Simi Ford today at 4:00 to get a oil change and they said I need an appointment. They should stop advertising that no appointment is necessary. Service person not that friendly! I have purchased 5 cars at this dealership don't think I will buy another car there. J Neilson

Simi Valley Ford

Had an oil leak and Simi Valley Ford repaired it by replacing the engine cover, transmission mounts and a couple other things. Cost was over $1300.00 After less than 1 1/2 years and 15753 miles later Simi Valley Ford tells me I need the same repair they already did and the cost was still over $1300.00. Went to an independent mechanic who told me I only needed to replace the oil pan and that was $500.00 which is still a lot.

Excellent Service

The service for my 2017 FORD Escape was excellent. The staff was very helpful and quick to satisfy my needs. I needed a speedy check in , a quick ride back to work, the driver was very nice and the staff was very nice to call when my car was ready and they offered to come get me. I declined, but my car was ready when I arrived and experienced excellent service checking out. Great Job!!!

2017 Ford Edge / Simi Valley Ford

I took my new Edge for what I thought was an electrical problem. As it turned, there was no problem with the vehicle or any of its systems. It was simply a programed option that I was un aware of. After a brief discussion with the tech that looked at my car, he explained the system how it worked and how I could program to my needs. The tech took time to explain to me the system in a manor that did not make me feel like an uninformed vehicle owner.

Horrible Manager Can't Honor Red Tag Price

Fist time buying a car from Simi Valley Ford and it'll be my last! Sales man is good, no BS and straight to the point... the store manager is a piece of work! On the Red Tag it has one price, there's no other sticker for excluding items and when I sign for the contract, they sneak in an add-on amount for truck's bed liner! What kind of business are they running here? When I went back to sign final paperwork, I expressed this matter to the Sales Man and expressed they need to fix this, guess what! This did not happen, as the "Store Manager" was not there to confirm what was on the REG TAG and they won't remove the add-on amount of $550! This is the worst dealership that I've encountered! I've purchased over 10 car in 25 years and I've never had to complaint about anything or anyone. Simi Valley Ford JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!!!!!

Smi Valley Ford is the best dealer ever! The personnel in the Service Department is top notch! The employees asked me several times if I wanted water, & coffee. The most courteous people ever. They should have the service people train the sales department.

Unsatisfactory service

Took my Ford Focus into service due to malfunctions experienced with the dual clutch transmission. I bought the car from Simi Valley ford last year. Lately I have been troubled with the transmission in the car rattling, jerking, shuddering, and grinding. I first took the car into service and "the technician" stated the clutch was out of calibration. So "the technician" told me he reprogrammed the computer and it no longer displayed any of the rattling, jerking, shuddering, and grinding noises when he drove it. So I picked up the car because they told me it was running perfectly and as soon as I left the car lot it was doing all of the things I originally brought it in for. I scheduled another appointment for my transmission to be examined and another "technician" test drove it and indeed heard and felt all of the things I described the transmission doing. After the test drive the "technician" told me there is nothing Simi Valley ford will do to fix my transmission. They told me it is a characteristic of the car. I was refused further service as to why my transmission is acting the way it is. I am very disappointed and upset with the fact they refused to look into my car any further knowing there is a major problem with my car.

Larry greeted me at the door with a great smile and made me feel right at home. Mike worked hard at finding me the car I was looking for and got me a great deal .Cliff answer all my questions and explain everything to me. when signing all the papers Henry work hard at getting me a good loan that I'm happy with.. Would not go any where else to buy a car. They were all very professional. They all worked hard for me, as if they were buying the car for themselves . I would recommend this dealer to a friend, or anyone else when talking about buying a car.I would tell them what great service I received.
