TL brought in for B1 service with no appointment around 11:00am. They were very busy, but accepted my car without a service rep assigned at the time. I received a call from Patrick about 20 minutes after drop-off. He explained the details of the service and said he would call back when completed or if any findings from service technician. Car was finished within 2 hours and Patrick reviewed the service details with me. It was a great experience and happened much faster than expected.

Horrible. New Car worse off after upsold on unnecessary maintenance

went in for oil change because they are part of the AutoNation family. I bought my honda at AutoNation Honda Fremont. I moved for work and this one is much closer to my work. I needed an oil change. I had prepaid that in my Car Care that I purchased from AutoNation. However, Patrick upsold me to $234 wheel alignment... then said he'd "throw in fuel injection." This makes me wonder if I did not hesitate if he would have charged me $234 just for wheel alignment. While waiting, I called AutoNation Fremont to verify price; they said "yes that is our sister company - for both fuel injection and wheel alignment that is right." problem is when i got my car back it did not feel the same. It tugs and hesitates at lower speeds. It is now an uncomfortable drive. I took it back a week later after calling Patrick, who said to "drive on it for a while.. could have been improperly aligned before" (when I got it brand new from AutoNation Honda Fremont, mind you). Suffice to say, I am taking it back to the original dealer. I called around and everyone said "do not get a wheel alignment unless there is damage to the alignment." There was no damage or discomfort. Now there is. I do not feel safe in the car anymore. I do not go to dealers I do not trust. I went to AutoNation Honda only; but they said this is their sister company so I trusted them, and by extension, Patrick. I want a full refund and I will cancel all extended warranties with AutoNation.

1. Not impressed with the service at all. Front desk is at best cordial.. never find them cheerful or willing to help. 2. After checking with the associate, Cesar twice if they would be able to give the car a wash it still wasn't even though they had ample time. Caesar didn't seem too bothered when I told him that inspite of me confirming twice the car was stlll not washed.. 3. Even after 2 trips the back camera is still not fixed! I just don't have the time to go again so I barely use it. It's a pity since that was on of the reasons we bought this car..

However the communication with Sara from AutoNation Acura was the most smooth experience I had. I always received prompt response from her. She tried every effort to locate the particular model I was interested in. When I went onsite to pick up the car, the whole transaction went through exactly as agreed upon. I would definitely recommend her for future buyers.

Horrible service experience. I called the service department for pricing and appointment for a standard accessory installation job. When I arrived at the service department it took one hour to find my appointment and check me in. Half an hour after dropping the car they called me and said that they will charge me twice the price they quoted me to do the service and asked me if I still want to get it done. Don't go to this place if you don't want to be cheated or have too much time.

I was pleasantly surprised with the upfront quotes based on my earlier phone conversation. I went to another dealer in Los Gatos, had considerable trouble with the trade, some problems with pricing but came to a reasonable agreement. So when I engaged Autonation Acura, I was very upfront, here is what I want, here is my previous quote, and after a short time we had an agreement and I purchased the vehicle. Jamie the sales woman was very patient with my wife and Joe the Sales manager was very pleasant to work with, cannot ask any more from my excellent experience at the dealership. Highly recommend them.

Great customer service but wait time to long.

This service experience was great. Carlos was very helpful. I purchased my vehicle almost 5 years ago and not all my service experiences there have been that great. And I don't like trying to be sold services that I don't really need because the wait time is way to long as it is. I had my windshield wipers replaced on this visit and it was an additional hour wait.
