PLEASE DO NOT BUY CAR FROM AUTOCOMNISSAN

PLEASE SPREAD THIS NEWS AND SHARE IT ON YOUR FACEBOOK. Bought a Nissan Armada 2010 at Autocom Nissan Oakland on 10/22/2016 and it has problem next day. Whenever I turn on the engine, smoke is coming out. I had Premier Nissan at San Jose checked out. They ran a full diagnostic test and also order a compression test, and result is: cylinder #1 and cylinder #3 lost its pressure, INDICATING WORN PISTON AT CYLINDER #1 AND CYLINDER #3. Short Block Assembly OR Long Block Assembly along with spark plugs and 2 coils need to be replaced per Service Advisor 7045 @ Premier Nissan. I called Autocom Nissan Oakland and spoke with Johnny Nessari, General Sale Manager and went up to meet him on 11/11/2016 also showed him the diagnostic report from Nissan Premier. Johnny looked at the report and told me “I don’t know much about this, let me go grab a service technician. The service technician, I think his name is William. He read the report then told Johnny and I “The short block needs to replace”. Johnny then told me, “don’t worry, I will make you happy. I will arrange a tow truck and have it tow up here. You don’t have to pay anything, you don’t have to pay for the compression test, I will take care the bill from Premier Nissan and take care of your car.” Nothing happened next day, and nothing happened on the following Monday, Tuesday. I called Johnny almost everyday to ask him what is going on. Finally, on Wednesday 11/16/2016 Johnny told me “You have to tow your car up here, we will look at it and will see what we can do for you” . This, totally different what he told me on 11/11/2016. On 11/17/2016 I paid for the bill from Premier Nissan instead of Johnny and drove my car up Oakland. Nissan Oakland, Johnny Nessari, General Sale Manager at Autocom Nissan, Oakland kept my car almost a month and return it to me after many many times I called and asked him what is going with my car. Few times he told me the technician was working on its. Few times he told me the Extended Service Contract exam my car. Few times he told me the engine had been send out to run the test and check on problem. Few times he told me everything OK, the AUL (service contract that they sold to me) approved everything and they will process the repair. Finally on Dec 17, 2016 I went up to pickup my car. Johnny said, “the AUL changed their mind at last minute doesn’t want to pay for the repair!!!. I had to eat the cost of repair your car”. He even assured me “ your car will last for long time” MY CAR HAS NOT FIX. 12/21/2016 My car still has smoke coming out from the engine… Called Johnny, he didn’t pickup the phone. Left message, he didn’t return my call. 16K, and a broken car. To be exact $16,566.45 that what I paid. The AUL Extended Service Contract they sold me DOES NOT WORK.

Bait and switch, buyer beware!!

I agreed on a deal with Krystal Thompson at Bay Bridge Nissan, but found out that she basically lied about everything, from inventory, to price, to purchase procedures. She told me that they got the car I wanted and emailed me the VIN# already, but the email was empty. When I called back, she said she would send again but never did; We always negotiated at cash price and then before purchase, she said financing from their dealership was required for the price; She either never got the car, or sold the car to someone else at a higher price and gave me different excuses each time. I am worrying about possible identity theft as she got my driver's license and credit card, will have to replace them soon. I left a message @ Bay Bridge Nissan and asked to talk to her supervisor, but they never called me back. Will inform buyers in Bay area, and file complaint to BBB and NissanUSA. Stay away!!!

AVOID at all costs or you will be ripped off!

I attempted to get a good deal on a used truck at this dealership after my car was stolen. The sales people were nice for the most part, as was the manager. But I found out the hard way that this dealership is very deceptive and dishonest. I signed a contract and was told that I could cancel the deal. However I was directed to sign on the WRONG line (first deception) by the finance officer when signing the cancellation option paperwork, after I specifically asked for the option to cancel. After getting the truck checked out by my mechanic, it turned out to be way overpriced for the condition, mileage and features. When I attempted to cancel the contract the manager tried to talk me into buying a new truck and said he would try to get financing (second deception) and call me back. Of course he never did. I now know that this was just a ruse to get me to wait longer so my option to cancel (48 hours) would expire. They had NO intention of helping me at all and just wanted me to buy the overpriced truck which needs shocks and struts badly as well as has a hole in the floor of the cab (!) They knew I wouldn't be able to cancel the contract, would have no recourse. The person I spoke to (Mike) had no intention or desire to help me or make it right. Basically, his attitude was 'Too bad!' Please learn from my unfortunate mistake and do not shop at Bay Bridge Nissan Oakland.

Good sale - becareful about the finance department

I did pretty much the whole transaction over email with the Internet Manager. Got to the dealer and did the deal at the agreed to price. Then the finance manager tried to hard sell me all this stuff I did not need. I said no.

Connell Nissan Service

Greetings all... I purchased a 2005 Sentra at Dirrito Bros, in Concord a couple years ago. I had a warranty issue, so I called up the dealer and told me to bring the car in the next morning at 7:30 AM. I told the person that I had to be at work at 6 am and could I bring it over that afternoon around 3 PM. He said sorry, can't help you. I called Connell Nissan, they said bring it in! I did. They gave me a rental car, and took car of the problem! No questions asked! I have been taking my vehicle to Connell Nissan now for 2 years, they are very helpful and professional. I will continue to service my vehicle there. Just bought a new Versa from them as well! Best... Bob

New Nissan Versa

Greetings all! I just purchased a 2007 Nissan Versa from Connell Nissan. I was getting my 05 Sentra Serviced so I was looking at the Versa on the showroom floor. The sales lady approached me and asked if I was interested in the Versa. I said, no.. just looking. Long story short, they gave me a deal I could not pass up, very nice to do business with! Bob
