Finance Manager Ripred me off

My wife and I purchased a 2018 Traverse (21 October 2017) . We told the Finance Manager that we DID NOT WANT the Sky Link on the vehicle but he said it was part of the purchase price of the vehicle BUT he failed to mention that it was a add on and that it could be removed from the vehicle and have the $498.00 for the SKY Link removed from the sale price of vehicle. We told him that we had ON STAR and that we did not need Sky Link, he then told us that " ON Star would not work if the Sky Link antenna was removed from the vehicle" which is false. We purchased the vehicle and we did not review the paperwork as we should have but the next day I did review the contract and did notice the the Sky Link was a add on purchase to the sale price. I did get the issue resolved with the sales manager and have the Sky Link removed from the vehicle but why did it take the sales manager getting involved? Why didn't the Finance Manager just do the right thing and remove the Sky Link from the start and why did the Finance Manager falsely tell us that we needed the Sky Link antenna for our ON STAR to work? The issue was resolved but we still feel that the Finance Manager did us a disservice and was not truthful in the financing of the vehicle.

Service staff was simply great, friendly, welcoming, awesome attitude, and overall just great people. They answered all of my questions, and took care of my minor vehicle issues. They even washed my vehicle at no cost. Definitely recommend them.

Warrenty

The Service Rep and Financal Department did not know specifics on the Gold Plan Was told to call the company who covers it the next day by Joe and even when you call the number that company dos'nt know what your talking about. Took 2 fullday to diagnose Issue with car I is almost all the time. Minumum stay 2 days through 6days working.Oil change same day. FIX IT

Bad Bad Bad Business

Long story short- they would not honor a battery recall/bulletin from a 2007 (2 YEAR OLD CAR) and refused to negotiate the outrageous $235 price tag. For a battery. They are [violative content deleted]. I will never do business with them again and I HOPE THAT NO ONE I EVER KNOW OR MEETS DOES BUSINESS WITH THEM. STAY AWAY. Give your money to someone else.
