Found my new dodge truck online! We went there and bought the truck I have been searching for! This was the best and easiest new vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Very friendly staff and we were treated great! Our salesman was super friendly and professional! I would definitely recommend family and friends to buy from Lodi Chrysler Jeep Ram! Just don’t go to Turlock, whatever you do! They told me I couldn’t get this kind of truck for the terms I needed and kept trying to shove other colors and models down my throat! Go to Lodi!!!!

Lied to wasted time Do not waste your time

Called them and spoke to Norma Mcqueen and explained the features we were looking for. She said we have a few for $31k after rebates with the options I was looking for. So we make an hour long drive with a one year old. When we arrive they show me the vehicle she sent a video of. No sticker in the window but it’s nice and we continue on with the process. Manager comes out with a $41k msrp after rebates. Completely lied to to get me in. Wasted my time for nothing.

We really enjoyed our experience. Ernesto,Jeff and Reter were very helpful and courteous. They made our experience the best we have ever had at a dealership purchasing a vehicle. It was refreshing. Recently we went with friends to buy their car, in Sac, and wow, what a nightmare they had. The staff even treated them rudely when a deal could not be struck. That was the opposite to our experience. the Vehicle we wanted at a price we could agree on, (after much research) and we feel we got a great deal!! Thank you so much,

I bought a 2018 New Jeep Wrangler and it had stain spots in the front grill and on the fender wheel they never showed me that problem of the vehicle i found out on my own the next day i bought it, great car but they should of mention it to me before i purchase it, i had to take it back to them to get it painted and fix.

I took my truck in today for service and I was told it would be done be 3 with no call I called at 2 and the guy tells me it won't be done tell 430-5 if done today so now I'm stuck in Lodi and the service reps say we'll get u a rental car for 50 bucks and I said I was told by you one u cover it and he hangs up on my and all this after 4 calls to there service department trying to find out we're the parts we're they order a mouth ago and now this I would run from this dealer and there service department and after getting my truck back the first time from a recall job it has less power and worse mpg anyone that reads this take your car somewhere eles
