General sales manager Mr. White was verybfriendly and our dealers, angela and victor, were extremely helpful and accomodating thru the entire process. The experience at dealership was very pleasant and was unexpectedly welcoming. Great dealership. Would recommend to all my friends and family members.b

I was happy, but, no more

up until now, my reviews have been always positive. however, now, I am outraged. I purchase a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion Energi (which I love). However I have had a few issues. First - i get a recall letter about the electronics, and next day, my car was dead I had to have it towed. Star Ford fixed it, but wouldn't give me a car rental which I had to fight for and got, but also missed a flight and lost $500 by doing so. Second - the windows "lost their programming" and wouldn't stay fully up. Star Ford fixed it, but again no replacement car for the day and I lost a days earning waiting 7 hours for a 15mins job. I told them at when I dropped off my car that I had noticed the after a full charge, the battery would display an available 25 miles of electric miles, and since the fix on the recall I am only seeing 14 miles. I was told this would take a day to look at and I didn't have the time this time. And Now This..... my windows lost their programming again. So i took it in, and reminded them about the battery issue. - I was expecting it to take over a day which is fine and called ahead and spoke to Manny the Service Manager and he approved a car rental for me. - But it got worse. I first spoke to a lady who was so hostile to me when I asked her to not give me her life story on her car as we drive different cars and my driving habits hadnt changed since I got the car. So she handed me to Jose. - I explained to Jose and he 100% agreed with me, no employee should be giving their thoughts on personal decisions until after it has been inspected by a mechanic and hypotheticals come after a diagnostic not before. He knew exactly what my complaint was as it is written on the service document i was given and as I left he shook my hand and said "you're in great hands" - next day, at 3pm he calls me and tells me to pick my car up. So i rushed over as to not pay a third day insurance charge on the rental car, and when i get to Star Ford to pick up my car there is a note telling me "e-miles are based on driving habits". DUH! I know that!!! as with a petrol car, the worse you drive it, the lower the mileage. This is not an explanation of why the battery will not charge up to 25 miles after a full charge. - I then looked at my Ford phone app and to my dismay and horror i see the exact times my car was moved, how far it was driven, and when it got charged. Well, they moved my car 0.1 miles to park it 2 hours after i left. drove it 0.1 miles an hour later for the mechanic to look at it. drove it 0.1 miles an hour later back to its parking space at 3pm where it sat for 26 hours until i came to pick it up. Also, they didn't even plug in my car to charge it. So why was I not called at 3pm the same day to come pick my car when it sat there for 26 hours? Why was it not charged once within 48 hours when the reported issue was about the battery? Why was i given a photocopy of the manual about mile range no battery potential and no explanation about the actual problem? Star Ford are [non-permissible content removed], and after never getting a single but of compensation for all the money I have spent, Star Ford are [non-permissible content removed].

Excellent Service and Follow Up

I will definitely recommend the service at Star Ford. They do an excellent job at Star Ford given the crappy Ford automobiles that they have to service and maintain. I have owned quite a few Ford automobiles in my lifetime and the quality of Ford automobiles is not what it used to be, and I will never again buy another Ford.

On March 13, 2017, my experience began when I lined up my vehicle to be written up for "maintenance service." I observed one of the Service Advisor (Terry H.) approach my vehicle, take the license plate and ask what I was there for, I mention that I had an appointment with Javier. Javier was approaching my vehicle stating if I could wait a couple of minutes so He could finish with a previous customer. The Advisor turns to Javier and said that he could complete writing the service order while Javier finishes with his customer. The action between the Service Advisors was very efficient from my point of view and very pleasing. It gave me a sense that my business was valuable to them and the dealership. I was escorted to the service desk by Terry H. and introduce me to Javier, who apologized for the delay and reviewed the service request with me. He offer me the option of waiting or having the shuttle take me home since the maintenance and mechanical evaluation might take long. If I chose the latter He would keep me informed on the status of my car and would answer any questions regarding the condition of my vehicle. I opted to wait at home. Javier stated that an employee by the name of Pedro would come over and escort me to the shuttle and drive me home. Pedro welcomed me and three other passengers and requested our destinations. From that point until I took delivery of my vehicle was nothing less than a pleasant experience. I like to thank you Javier for his concern and treatment of my needs, I like to thank Pedro for your courtesy and respect and Terry for your noticeable effort in getting me and other customers on our way.

My service manager was excellent. He noticed the wiper blades needed replacing, which came in handy with the brief shower we had yesterday. I just don't know a lot of Ford/Lincoln fans to recommend to your shop.

10K Service

I had to wait about 20 mins in my car before anyone came up to me to check me in...I arrived about 5 mins before my apoointment time. Once car was in service, I was told it would be about 1.5 hrs for a 10K mile service..seemed a little long, but i was OK with it. I also asked that the left front tire guard(part name?) located just below the front bumper fallen off and asked for it to be put on. After 2 hrs of waiting I got up and asked where my car was and how much longer and was told to speak with my service advisor. He had a bunch of paper on his desk and filed through them and found that my car was just about ready. After another 10-15 ms my car finally showed up. I noticed that the front bumper guard was back on, but not completely. It wasn't snapped all the way in. I couldn't take it back because I needed to get to another appointment.

I took my 6-month old Mustang for maintenance at Star Ford Lincoln of Glendale. The staff was very friendly and professional. Charlie Garcia was able to predict how long the service would take to the minute. I was able to shop at a nearby shopping center while my car got serviced. It was an excellent experience.

Recent scheduled service 2016 Escape

Good experience for first service of new vehicle (2016 Escape). Came in a day early for scheduled appointment and was to have a shuttle take me back to work. Apparently the shuttle driver was already out and would not be back for quite some time. The Service Advisor (Terry) was able to have my car serviced at that time instead of waiting for the following day as initially scheduled. My car was serviced and I was able to return to work without delay. Thank you Terrry!

After wasting three hours at another Glendale dealer, I walked into Star Ford parking lot and was greeted by Reza he immediately offered to show me the car I was interested in leasing, a Ford Cmax energi I was shown the interior features of the vehicle and was offered a test drive, soon after the test drive I made the decision to acquire the car, Reza went out of his way to make sure the process was as fast as possible by quickly introduce me to Moe the sales manager and the finance officer, within an hour I had my shiny silver brand new CMAX, is been three weeks and a trip to mexico to confirm this is the best new car we ever had and by the way the first gas tank gave us 753 miles of smooth driving, thanks to all at Star Ford.

We purchased a 2014 Toyota Prius C.The salesman, Jordan Albertson, was very professional, helpful and honest; he admitted when he didn't know something about the car, then immediately found the answer. It was actually a pleasant experience buying the car, largely because he didn't try to steer us to a more expensive car. We knew what we wanted, and he recognized and respected that. If its your first time buying a used car (it was NOT our first time), I suggest you ask for him by name.
