When I first came to test drive the Audi Q5, I wasn't sure it was exactly what I wanted. Alex and Samantha got to know me and what I wanted, and stayed patient with me and in touch with me as I figured it all out, and now that I've purchased it, I couldn't be happier!! I called Audi Fremont for availability of e-tron. Got a replay right away to see the models. Even though inventory was small, I was able to select the color I wanted and at the lease deal that Audi USA was offering. The sales person was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Kenneth Lee was very positive and responsible. I had my Q5 lease handle by him. The process was entirely online because I don't have time to come by for a driving test, and Kenneth answered all my questions via email and positively schedule time with me. We got the deal done online, and I was able to have my car ready to go the first time I met him.

Audi Fremont gives my husband and I excellent services, as always. Antonio was patient, knowledge, friendly, and pay attention to details. We really made a good choice purchased Audi two years ago.
