The salesman who helped us was thorough and pleasant to work with. We appreciated his sensitivity to our needs and the fact that he was not pressuring us but allowing us to find what we were looking for. This is the first time we've ever purchased a car where we did not feel intimidated or pressured to do so but felt your team was on our side. Pleasurable Experience!

My wife and I had another great experience buying from Corning Ford. Once again Mike Wall and Karl Holland stepped up and made sure that the vehicle we purchased was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. Mike always goes out of his way to ensure that we get the best service. Karl made sure we understood all the technology on the vehicle and was very patient with my wife and I. When it came down to completing the financing portion, the part everybody hates including myself, Pete (finance) guided us through it with ease. Once again, it was an absolute pleasure buying from Corning Ford and will definitely be back!

Deal with Michael Wall! (Sales Mgr.)

The sales manager, Michael Wall, saved our business for the dealership. We leased two Ford Fusions in 2014. One from Corning Ford and one from Fairfield Ford. We had decided to keep the Ford we leased from Corning so about a month from the end of the Corning Ford lease my wife started calling the dealership to find out what we needed to do to buy the car. She was told by a couple finance representatives at the Corning dealership that an appointment was not necessary. We showed up on Saturday (12/3/16) and met with one of the finance representatives (Eric, don't remember last name). He made my wife and I uncomfortable about not having an appointment. He also made a comment about when we buy the lease, he has to do all the work but doesn't get anything. After about a half hour, the sales manager came in and asked if anyone had told us about the incentives on a new Fusion. We said no, and he proceed to explain all the positives about leasing the new Ford Fusion Energi. We turned in the old Fusion for a new lease on the 2017 Ford Fusion Energi and it's all because of Michael Wall! It was a pleasure to do business with him and when my lease is up on my Fusion in May 2018, I'll be bringing it to Corning and trading it in on a 2017 Ford F-150.

Our best interest in mind

So after being recommended by family we found a great buying experience at Corning Ford. William Giordan made the experience fun! There was not any pressure tactics, or hounding like we received at the previous 6 dealerships we visited prior. We believed that William had our best interest in mind as well as management. The only thing we have noticed is a few minor issues with our used vehicle, likely due to a quick turn over from trade in to sale. We will address these issues through William and I am confident he will do everything in his power to correct them. I truly enjoy the confidence in the 36 month 3000 mile warranty which gives us time to figure any issues out and get them corrected. Thanks, Doug and Leanne Young [contact info removed]

Took 1.5 hours for an oil change; they were looking into a rattle i had since i got the car which is why it may have taken so long. Get more value (windows, vacuum) from Jiffy Lube, unless since i have free oil change it changes the quality of service...

I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The salesman who worked with me, Mark Hoyt, was knowledgable and made the effort to find the car I was looking for even though it was not in their own inventory. It was easy and pleasant working with him, and should I buy another car from Corning in the future, I would probably ask for him. The finance person was not so pleasant. He rushed me--and rushed the salesman who was working with me in my presence. He spoke very fast and was hard to understand. I felt rushed and condescended to more than once. I was tempted to say goodbye and leave the dealership without the car. After finding a beautiful car, and working with a good salesman, I should have driven away happy. Instead, I left tense and resentful of the treatment I received from the finance person. This is the third car I have bought from Corning. The first deal, in 1998, was flawless. Absolutely perfect. The second deal was almost as good. I was misled about a couple of things, but still was extremely happy with my wonderful 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid. This deal got me another wonderful car and a good experience with the salesman.
