Great People, Great Car = Great Experience

General Manager Bob Giarrusso and Salesman Charlie Vella were both extremely helpful and made for a very positive experience. We were on a budget and were able to get a deal on a Buick Encore comparable to smaller compact cars like the Honda Civic. We're really enjoying the Encore and couldn't be happier about the quality of service and value we received.

Putnam GMC Truck Service Still the Best

2006 Sierra 2500 HD 4x4 Diesel pickup broke down from minor defect in fuel filter housing, had to be towed to Putnam late in afternoon. Called Service Department to advise it was in transit. Jorge Dubuk said he would wait for it and be sure it was checked in and would call the next day to advise. Truck was repaired and picked up at 4:30 pm the following day. Great service as always at Putnam.

We arrived at Putnam Chevrolet and was greeted by Noe Sanchez who has the patience to listen what we have in mind and our goals for leasing a car. We spent about 5 hours in the dealership selecting a car, negotiate and financing etc. Noe made us feel very comfortable thru out the whole car buying experience. We felt it was time well spent at Putnam.

Really quite good

The service staff clearly are very organized and professional, work well together and thoroughly get it about stepping up to make the customer feel welcome. The customer lounge could use help: first, turn the sound off on the TV. second, get some REAL coffee and good quality and provide milk and cream as well as quality drinking water. Those of us who have no option but to stay there for an hour or two suffer from the lack of quality refreshments, and the forced TV sound track is extremely grating. HIGH points for providing furniture and toys for kids!

Brought my daughters 2012 Buick Verano in for service for a check engine light, a climate control issue and a drivers seat repair. Mark Gebhardt took great time and care to address the issues and kept me well informed of progress. Mark also informed me of a recall on my Corvettes headlights which another dealer had failed to do. While it was there I also had a new key programmed for the car. The shuttle service was great and the drivers very polite and prompt. Because of Marks great service I will always use Putnam service for my GM vehicles and recommend him and Putnam to others. Thanks again for the great service.

If only Putnam can have a much lower pricing it will help all of us consumers, to keep going back specially after the warranty has expired. Make it more affordable to keep going back, instead of outside mechanics, when vehicle out of the GM Warranties.
