Helpful Honda "CR-V" experience

Within a couple of minutes, a sales person(Richard) got us going. With… his wealth of experience with Honda, he was able to guide us and help in closing a deal within hours. A couple months back I came in to this dealership only to look at cars I would possibly want but I wanted estimates for the specific cars. Luckily I had a couple of guys who were willing to help out with that.… Most dealers would just say to leave the premises.Best of the Best

No hassle, painless car buying experience

Although there was a little glitch when it came to getting the finance deal I wanted, but the… manager and the sales person I dealt with worked hard to make it happen. I couldn't even be happier. by jlhonda on 07/05/2015Salesperson was great. Sales took the time to show cars & worked very patiently with us. Finance was sneaky & not honest. Finance used pressure tactics to sell & include costs that were not necessary. So buyers must watch out !Thank you for taking the time and completing a survey. I am very happy to hear the process with the salesman went smoothly. However, based on your feedback you were not impressed with your finance manager. If willing, I would like to take a few minutes to speak with you over the phone to get more feedback on your experience with the finance department.
