Very Inconvenient

I've gotten to the the point now of not wanting to have JC Mazda service my car anymore. They closed down the Mazda side of their Tucson Auto Mall location and kept the oil change service there, now that will cease in a couple months. This will force Mazda owners living in the North and NW areas of Tucson and those surrounding areas, to travel deep into East Tucson for this "life-time" oil change. This will be a real inconvenience and I'm not happy about it. I do believe after this coming oil change, I will take my business else where. Other than answering 'no' to the first question, I didn't want to answer the remaining questions but had to in order to submit this review.

Unhappy

Let’s start by saying that my salesman did a good job. As soon as I submitted a review on his service I lost all contact with Jim Click. I had issues with the new vehicle and tried to reach out to service. Every time I tried to reach out I was transferred to voicemail and never received a response. Now I scheduled my first maintenance for life appointment and talked to a lady that said I scheduled an appointment already. Which I didn’t. Not real happy with her customer service skills. It seemed as if I was bothering her. Made an appointment and asked if she would send out a verification email which I have never received. Not happy at all with their customer service.

Please work on making all people feel welcomed

Service team seems always to busy when your trying to book an appointment. And they tell you the “you can bring in your car for a unscheduled apointment” only to be met by what seems to be a irradiated person that you don’t have a appointment when they ask you.. its a unwelcoming feeling. Everyone cant always book 2 weeks out for an appointment. I travel for work and live out of town which makes my schedule unpredictable.

Ridiculous

After having a car for over 45 days, jumping through all the hoops these people wanted they say oh find a co-signer or bring the car back, down payment was made, all documents signed these people are a joke they don’t keep your info to themselves and now at this point want the car back yet don’t want to return your down payment bc they changed their minds believe me I’ll be going to the news station and contacting a consumer law attorney! What a joke!

Warranty Work Means Body Damage Gets Done (& Denied)

I brought my 2008 Nissan Rogue to Jim Click Nissan for warranty work after my transmission stopped accelerating on a trip to Arizona for my dad's funeral. They replaced the transmission under warranty. It wasn't fast, but it was done. Then they dented and damaged the passenger side of my car. Read on for a story of comedic incompetence. While driving from CA to AZ on a particularly hot day, my car stopped accelerating and the fastest I could drive was 40 mph. My passenger looked it up and found that there was a special warranty extension put on my car engine because it would lose it's acceleration whenever the transmission got too hot. When I dropped my car off, I was first told that I would get a courtesy car, only to find out that there was not actually a courtesy car, but I could rent one at a place down the street that they recommended. Then, I was informed by my service advisor that there was probably nothing wrong with my transmission and it sounded like the fluid was probably low and that "there's a special way to pour in the transmission fluid that they only teach us at the dealership." After confirming that my transmission did, in fact, need to be replaced, the Jim Click team had to bring parts in from CA, and had my car ready in 3 days (seems long, but okay). It all went belly up when I picked up my car however and noticed that they had put a large-ish dent in my rear passenger door and a quarter size amount of paint had been gouged out of my front passenger door. After pointing this out to the person who brought my car forward, he had me wait for my service advisor who then came out to tell me that he would need to pull the security video to confirm the damage had been done there and would get back to me in about a week. He never called. So after about a week and a half, I called back and left a message. Shockingly, he still didn't call me back. So I called a few days later and left ANOTHER message specifically asking for his manager to call me. Didn't happen. So I called again and after speaking to the sales department, I was able to get the email of the service manager. I sent him pictures of the damage and received an email back stating that there had been damage assessed on my left front door (the drivers door) and the rear passenger door when my advisor checked in my car. I promptly emailed back letting him know that there still wasn't any damage to my driver's door and that the paint gouge was on the front passenger door and rear passenger door, but that my copy of the paperwork does not show any such assessment and there was not any damage to my car when I dropped it off. (I had done my own walk around assessment because I like my car and things like this stress me out.) It's now been 4 weeks and I'm having to ask for his boss because he maintains that the damage indicated on the driver's door was dirt that was removed in a courtesy wash and the damage to the left side of my car was hidden by dirt. Bottom line: Don't take your car here. Jeff Hovelson and Andrew Stewart didn't cause the damage to my car, but they're causing it to stay there and making the fix-it process a pain in the ass. (Although, their incompetence is becoming vaguely entertaining.)

Do not go here, you will get scammed!

I just went in on Monday to look at cars, walked out with a Nissan Sentra. The next morning I took a closer look at all the financing. The free oil change that they said was free, I got charged $1000. And on top of that the car was on sale, which is good, but a 14000 basic car, quickly became more than double the car. I didn't add anything to this car, it's a basic car. I got charged separately for the gap insurance and the car warranty, which btw I was told, was already included. I have spoke to 2 different managers that told me I'm "stuck with it". I wasn't saying anything in a angry tone. I found a website complaining about the exact same as what I'm experiencing.

Seriously, I came in with a less than satisfactory credit and my trade in was disappointing. To add to those obstacles, I am also very anxious when it comes to my budget and ensuring I get by each month. But Ralph and the team at Jim Click went above and beyond my expectations for any buying experience ESPECIALLY for a car dealership (we all know the stigma) and made the deal happen. I had a great experience purchasing both of my vehicles here (Armada & Versa) my most resent a Versa. I received a call from Thoroughbred Nissan saying they would beat Jim Click Nissan's bottom line so I gave them a shot not only were the wrong but very rude so I walked out and came to Jim Click where I dealt with Vanessa Pain she listened to my requests and was awesome. I bought the car and even with maintenance for life and a 6 year 60k mile warranty the price and interest rate was better then the competition. thank you to the staff and especially Vanessa Pain for treating your customers like family.

My first experience with Ray was when I purchased my 2014 Altima SV. Great sales experience, no high pressure sales pitch and I was happy with the deal. Very impressed with the ease of the sale, I took my daughter in May to buy a 2016 Rogue S. Luckily we got Ray for the sale and he got my daughter into the car she wanted. She was so happy with her care and the deal. Unfortunately, two weeks ago, her Rogue was deemed a total loss, after being hit by a drunk driver while parked at our home. Thankfully, no one was hurt. She was devastated at loosing her new car after only having it for 5 months. I called Ray and asked if he had a Rogue along the same price which she could look at and possibly purchase to replace her totaled Rogue. He did and we came into the dealership to see the car. The sale went quick and her monthly payment actually went down. Ray and Raul both assisted her with the first Rogue's loss report to NMAC and provided the paperwork needed to file with GAP. Thank you so much Ray for all your help. Yes, I will be buying my next car from Jim Click!! Yes, I have recommended the dealership to friends and family. Oh, one more thing...I love my Altima!
