    Everybody was very nice and welcoming! Service o my car was great and even gave me more information on what my car needed and to keep in mind for my next visit. The people walked me to the seating are to wait and pointed out where I could get food and drinks. Overall great customer service.

    The Service advisor that assisted my family went above and beyond to ensure she was taken care of. Unlike the previous visit when she was pencil whipped and blown off essentially.

    Ramsey had tremendous patience, and a wonderful attitude while assisting me w/ my negotiations on my recent 2014 Silverado LT. I was able to get the color I wanted, at a price I felt was reasonable. I absolutely love my new Silverado, and thanks to the courteous, polite staff that made this possible.

    I bought my new Silverado with help from Gary Springer. Gary went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted. Also had a great experience with Rob, and Caleb in finance. I will return to Sands for my next new vehicle and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

    I have bought two cars from this dealership so far. I love the personable approach most employees and sales people have there. No matter what your credit status, whether i am paying cash or financing i am always treated with respect and as a valued customer.

    This is our 2nd purchase of a New Vette from Sands and treated very good. The only thing I would like to see is not to be forced in to buying etching and $500 doc fees

    I would recommend having a vehicle serviced there if it was the closest location. I WOULD NOT/ WILL NOT EVER recommend any one I know to purchase a vehicle from your dealership EVER again. I have purchased 5 vehicles from you and my daughter has purchased 2. Neither of us will ever purchase another car or truck from you.

    It definitely took longer than expected, but my top priority is that it's done right and well and it definitely was that. My car feels new again. I just wish we knew how long it was actually going to take.

    Brad in service was great - flexible, courteous, ensured ride would be provided for me if car wasn't ready in time, checked in on me at good intervals during wait time for car to be serviced, connected on personal level. Good guy. We've purchased three cars from Sands in Surprise. Two from David, one from Riley. Never a problem. Not one. We are always treated well, able to negotiate transparently and with respect and a lack of high pressure. They want our business and know that it's not a matter of pestering us into it - more flies with honey than vinegar approach, I guess, and it works. They got their money, we got cars we are happy with and that fit in our budget. For background, we have fair credit. They worked with us and got us suited up in new cars that work for us.

    100 percent satisfied. I took my truck in for repair and my service provider, Jake , had a loner vehicle ready for me. My truck was repaired in a couple of days and I was in and out and on my way. I call this great customer service. Thank you Jake.
