A Dealership that keeps their word

In this new era of car buying very seldom do you run across a dealership that does not pressure you to purchase a vehicle or that sticks to their word. Yet, that is what I found at Joe Bullard Acura, Jaguar, Land Rover. Sales Rep BJ C. did an amazing job of securing the vehicle WE wanted and following through with updates until the vehicle was delivered and we were totally satified. I have purchased many cars over the years but this was by far my best car buying experience.

Honesty and Integrity at joe Bullard Cadillac in Mobile, Alabama

I recently purchased my mom a 2011 Toyota Camry SE from Joe Bullard Cadillac in Mobile, Alabama. I searched the Birmingham, Al. metro area and never thought I would consider buying a car that was located 5 hours away but the price at Joe Bullard Cadillac could not be matched in my area. It was my first experience shopping online and I had reservations because I like to touch, see, feel, something before I commit to buying, especially a large purchase such as a car. I sent the dealership an email and Crystal Well responded quickly. She was absolutely excellent and put me at ease with the whole online car buying experience. She answered all my questions I had about the car and eliminated all reservations I had about buying online. The deal was wrapped up in less than a week thanks to Crystal Wells and the staff at Joe Bullard Cadillac. Curtis Williams handled the whole paperwork process and went above and beyond to get all pre-visit paperwork to my home in the Birmingham, Al. area without tipping off my mom that she was getting a car, being that all my business mail is sent to her address. Curtis was on site at the dealership when I arrived to pick up the car in Mobile and walked me through the remainder of the process. He was hospitable, courteous, professional and a pleasure to meet. He made me and my girlfriend feel right at home and met our every need. He honored everything he said he would do before I arrived and everything was in perfect order when I arrived. Thanks to Curtis I was at the dealership less than 30 minutes and was quickly on the road with my mom's new car. Not to say that a longer stay at the dealership would not have been enjoyable as the atmosphere at the dealership was very comfortable, relaxed, and the furnishings were plush. My mom was totally in awe when she received the car as it was her first in almost 20 years. Crystal Wells, Curtis Williams and the staff at Joe Bullard Cadillac come highly recommended. When I read the dealerships company history and saw that the companys central theme was continued commitment to Honesty and Integrity I felt at home. Honesty and integrity are two principles I was raised on and try to live by today. Crystal Wells, Curtis Williams, and Joe Bullard Cadillac in Mobile live by those principles as well and that is what made the difference in my purchase. The public today is well educated thanks to electronic media and have an abundance of choices at hand. Joe Bullard Cadillac in Mobile, Alabama recognizes the success that the good ole core values of honesty and integrity bring to their business. There is no doubt in my mind that faith in God and honoring these basic principles is what has made the dealership such a success today. No doubt Mr. Joe Bullard practiced these principles and instilled them in his children and staff members when he founded the business in the early 1950s. I highly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone who wants a pleasant care buying experience from people who can be trusted. They truly do "treat you like family."
