Wow, kudos to Mr. Jake Baker at Joe Bullard Cadillac
We were in a pickle and Jake Baker worked miracles to give us the deal we needed. We were on our way to look at an SUV, from Biloxi to Mobile, when the transmission literally went out (my luck). We puttered into the nearest dealership, which happen to be Joe Bullard. We previously looked online at Joe Bullard and had a general idea of their stock. The vehicle we liked most, after months of searching, was at this dealership but a bit out of our comfortable zone. We signed up for their price drop notifications online but figured the vehicle was out of question. We had our eyes set on an SUV elsewhere and were expected to meet the salesperson for a test drive. The problem is my car couldnt make it any further. We traveled as far as our vehicle would take us and ended at Joe Bullard. We planned to call Enterprise for a rental and forego the car shopping as this entire experience with the transmission had now been several hours in the making. My wife and I, along with our three agitated kids were ready to just head back home. Before taking the car to the service department, we noticed the vehicle we originally liked was in stock. We peered through the vehicle windows after being careful not to park my car anywhere I would need to go in reverse, as it would only go in 1st or 2nd gear. We were soon approached by Jake. We explained our situation and the fact that our transmission went out on our way to look at a different dealership. He offered to help even though we were not planning on going with Joe Bullard. Jake seemed honest and said we would likely take a hit on the appraisal due to the transmission. He went to great lengths to help my family and make us feel comfortable. To our surprise, the dealership offered us a very fair appraisal for our now inoperable vehicle and lowered the price on the SUV that my wife originally wanted. The sales manager entertained my three kids and ensured they had snacks. It seemed like every employee told us hello or asked if they could get us something. They are very personable and seemed empathetic toward our situation. I am sure this is standard practice at Joe Bullard but it made us feel special. Jake Baker and Joe Bullard made what seemed to be a bad situation very good for us and we are grateful. We ended up with the vehicle we thought was out of question for a below than expected price. Enough cannot be said when you deal with good people. We sincerely thank them and will only shop here in the future.
Very classy and kind people!
I test drove a couple of pre-owned vehicles on the Cadillac lot and Andrew Speight assisted me. He was polite, respectful and funny. I later went back to test Infinitis on the Infiniti lot and was happy that I was able to continue to work with Andrew. He made me smile and laugh and helped to to feel very comfortable while there. Communication via text and email was also very friendly. In the end, I decided on a vehicle somewhere else but I was SO impressed with how I was treated by Andrew and the Joe Bullard staff at Infiniti that I felt the need to share my experience with others. I am not a sharp dresser nor was I looking at expensive vehicles but they treated me as if I was one of their best customers. Great job Joe Bullard!

Fantastic Dealership Skills
Our sale rep Mr. Kenneth Cunningham was fantastic. He explained the features of the car to my wife and he continued to ask her did she have any questions about the car. He was knowledge about Joe Bullard inventory and he shared his knowledge and enthusiasm with us. He allow us to test drive several cars without any hesitation and he gave us an tour over the facilities and explained where the waiting room was for services, where the snacks were located ( in which we loved) and the hours they were open for business. He explained the service procedure for the automobile and explained that the service of your automobile was done on appointment where you would not have such a long waiting period. On our tour one of the Service Tech stated: they knew how important it was for owner to understand what their vehicle was going through while it was been service and after the service they could have the vehicle re-vacuum before they left, and they would be looking forward to serving us! We really like that comment. Also, the Finance Manager Mr. Roosevelt Harris was great. He made us feel very comfortable in making the deal. He explained the whole procedure of the Gap Insurance with picture drawing of his own and the how the Extended Warranty would be applies. He was very professional and he disposed of all paper work that was not needed in the sale transaction. The whole deal was a step-by step hassle-free environment and process. My wife and I would be gladly to encourage other potential buyers to go by Joe Bullard Cadillac of Mobile, Alabama to purchase your next automobile.

Our experience with Joe Bullard was unlike any other. They make car buying a pleasure, unlike many experiences in the past. Doug, Richard and Tundy all went above and beyond during our time at their dealer. Doug was right down to business which we appreciated, he was understanding of our situation, helpful and reassuring throughout the process. Richard worked hard to ensure we were financed for the vehicle we wanted, and dealt with us for hours with a tantrum toddler at hand. The Entire dealership was kind, respectful, friendly and welcoming. We were met with smiles and kindness. I really cannot say enough about this dealership. We are moving to Texas but I can guarantee for future purchases we would drive back to Alabama JUST based on their customer service alone. Customer for more than a decade
I first leased a Cadillac in 2003 from JB. It was a Deville and I was very pleased both with the vehicle and the level of service. Since then, I have leased an additional 4 cars and purchased an additional 3 for a total of 8 cars from Joe Bullard. During this same span, I also purchased a BMW 745Li from a different dealer. Hands down my service is always exemplary at Bullard and my purchase of the BMW reinforced my position on that. My most recent purchase was a 2015 XTS. I'd gone to look at a couple of very specific used models with absolutely no intention of buying a new vehicle. That is until my salesman, Kyle, and the sales manager, Ben, brokered a deal through incentives on a brand new XTS with the White Diamond Tricoat I love so much at a fraction more than a used one. I have always been completely satisfied and treated royally at Joe Bullard. I always keep my options open, despite being loyal by nature. But Joe Bullard Cadillac is an EXTREMELY tough act to follow. It's almost a feeling of "relief"(?), for lack of a better word when I settle on a car from Joe Bullard as they leave very little uncertainty as to satisfaction after the purchase. Very glad to be in another Bullard vehicle for the next few years.
I must admit I dreaded going car shopping. None of the past car buying experiences I have had (a total of 6) could be considered "enjoyable." Joe Bullard was completely different. I was first drawn in by the TV commercials highlighting longterm employees. It was obvious to the viewer that this company and its employees felt they were family. These commercials had no screaming announcers, jumping actors or flashing words announcing a special holiday sale. These commercials were intelligent and genuine. From the moment I walked in the door of Bullard's Acura showroom, I was warmly greeted by everyone. John McBryde helped my daughter and I find just the vehicle I was looking for without the high pressure I'd experienced in the past. I got a great SUV at a fair price, and the promise of excellent service in the future. I have no doubt that is just what I'll receive in the future -- excellent service. I was impressed by the professional, respectful, and even happy -- yes, happy -- atmosphere. I was introduced to and greeted by the service manager, the finance manager, the general manager, and everyone in between. Customer satisfaction and comfort are obviously paramount and it shows. You can bet I'll be back.

New Vehicle purchase.
I purchased a Cadillac SRX on 1/11/14 from Joe Bullard Cadillac. Curtis, Roosevelt and Ty were very courteous to me and my husband. They answered all of my questions and worked with us to get to the price we were willing to pay. The Cadillac warranty is hard to beat, especially the 4 years of maintenance and the road side assistance. This is the 6th GM vehicle that we presently own and I know will be the best serviced one by far. I had been looking for a vehicle for 5 months when I decided to look at the SRX. I am glad I did. It has everything on it that I was looking for plus a lot or more features. Everyone at the dealership that walked by you spoke and asked you how you were doing. This is a dream vehicle for me and I look forward to driving it for years. I will recommend to family and friends that are interested in a great luxury car or SUV to get a Cadillac at Joe Bullard Cadillac in Mobile, Alabama and ask for Curtis. I had to use the service department today to get my oil changed and check the routine things out. Christian and the others were very courteous and took care of me and my SRX. The customer lounge area was very pleasant and comfortable during my wait.
Only Car Dealership in Town!
Several years I had the misfortune of having my car stolen. And as if that wasn't bad enough, I was in the midst of a bankruptcy. I had to get another car, so my search began going to different car dealerships all over Mobile. Most of them turned on their heels and walked away as soon as I told them my situation. One evening I decided to stop at Joe Bullard (I thought they were closed and I wouldn't have to deal with another salesman.) Suddenly Andrew S. walked over and asked if he could help. I explained my situation, but to my surprise he said to me, "Let's go inside and see what we can do". I left that evening with 2002 Pontiac Sunfire and a car payment I could afford. Since that time I've traded cars twice - always with Joe Bullard. My finances have changed drastically (for the good) since that day so many years ago, but one thing has not changed. I have always been treated with kindness and respect from Joe Bullard and Andrew S. As far as I'm concerned, there is only one place to purchase a car anywhere around here and that's Joe Bullard.
