I purchased an 2017 Jeep Renegade Latitude and I actually had a great sales woman Jessica Wagner. She made me very comfortable as more of a friend then a customer so I appreciate that very much. Mrs. Wagner answered her cell at all time and talked with me even before being at work to hear me out of my needs. It was a long process but Im pleased with my purchase and I thank autonation for 2nd purchase from them!!!

Great, no hassle, comfortable experience. Took a while to get the paperwork process although it did not feel like this was the normal operations of the day to day. Having that immediate 250mile/5-day no hassle return policy is a great security blanket! Allows you to have the car looked at by your own personal mechanic thoroughly giving even more piece of mind!

I wish there was a zero star rating that I could select... I went here to avoid the guessing game from other mechanics since they are the maker of my dodge ram pick up. Chrysler Dodge knew exactly what my problem consist of, but instead they lead me on a wild goose chase with other issues which is very costly which had no bearing on my primary problem just to make more money off of me...watch [non-permissible content removed], they will highly recommend they do a certain task knowing you really don't need to fatten their wallets. If you do not have a warranty, "TAKE YUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!!" I repeat "TAKE YUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!!"

I sign up regularly for the '4 oil changes for 99.95' deal, which is a great savings. They do include topping-off the other fluids, too. And you can get a complimentary wash and vacuum if you ask when you get there. Can't beat that deal.

I took my truck in without an appointment and the service rep went above and beyond the call of duty to insure that my vehicle was serviced quickly and that I was fully apprised of all the work to be done and why i needed it. It was more like dealing with a family member than a service rep! After completing my service I went ahead and made an appointment to do more work on my truck next week.

My Dream Car

Not The Best Car Buying Experience

I drove 2 hours to this dealership to get the desired color and options in the new vehicle I decided to purchase. My initial impression was a good one; I received a decent offer for my trade-in and the haggling was minimal. The first sign that something wasn't right was when my salesperson, Jeff Gogal, wasn't "sure" if I could take the car for a test drive...I was buying a new Challenger, not a Ferrari. I figured no big deal since I had previously test driven one at a different dealership. So, the deal is done and I get talked into an extended warranty. In the ensuing days, I realize that I buy new vehicles frequently; often shortly after the factory warranty expires. I decide to cancel the extended warranty so I contact my salesperson to begin the cancellation process. Now begins a two-week long process of a string off text messages promising follow-up the next day or an email coming my way or a phone call from this person or that person...none of which ever occurred. While all of this is going on, I receive a letter from the bank that I financed my vehicle through that the finance guy at the dealership quoted me the wrong interest rate for my loan. He had the numbers scrambled but thankfully worked in my favor. My interest rate was actually 2% lower which in turn lowered my monthly payment but I had to sign new documents and send them back to the bank. In all my years of buying cars (and I have purchased many), I have never seen the interest rates get mixed up at the dealership. So back to the extended warranty. I finally get tired of getting the run-around from the dealership, so I take the day off from work and drive 4 hours round-trip to handle my issue in person. After sitting around waiting for about 15 minutes so these people can figure out what needs to be done, I am finally taken back to the finance guy. He gives me an attitude and says that I should have just called the warranty company to cancel. I explained to him that the paperwork the warranty company sent me said to go through a Dodge dealer to cancel. So he makes a copy of the top sheet of my extended warranty paperwork, writes " please cancel my warranty", draws a line with a "x" and tells me to sign it! I explained to him that the there were clear instructions for the cancellation process outlined in the paperwork such as recording the current mileage. He didn't seem to care the least bit so I quickly left as I was beginning to fume and didn't want to do or say something I would likely regret. I am currently awaiting confirmation that the warranty company received my cancellation request but I am not holding my breath... I will never shop at this dealership again and will never recommend it to anyone I know.

I have dealt with a lot of car salesmen. Most of the were pushey and always in a hurry to get the deal done not really concerned about what you want or could afford. The salesman at automation was not that way at all.he was concerned with what I wanted and at the same time was concerned about getting me in some thing with in my budget. So much so that I flew from KY to Mobile for the vehicle. They provided a ride from the airport and had the SUV detailed and ready. I got a great price, although they are not a "TrueCar" dealership, they honored their pricing, and they didn't rake me over the coals on my trade-in.
