Greg Edmonds our Sales Associate was very cordial and knowledgeable and made our purchase very pleasant and easy. All the paperwork and information was provided and explained about our new 2024 vehicle purchase. Bentley Buick's Finance Representative (Rob) was also nice to work with and was very organized and explained the money side/vehicle registration of our new car buy with all needed details. Had a chance to also meet Mr. Bentley and he made our visit welcoming. This is our second purchase from Bentley's Buick and we know that our service support and parts supply will keep our car in ship shape condition.

Hector was very informative and did a great job addressing my concerns. I will definitely go back to him, when I need any service. Very polite and professional. The collision center is also top notch. I had a "not at fault" claim that was completed and they did a great job addressing my concerns as well. Recommend Bentley Buick GMC to anyone.

I was contacted by Isabella who put me in contact with Johnny. I simply explained what I wanted, what I would pay, what I had for a trade and said call me if we we can talk. A day later, Johnny called and said they had figures for me to review and I walked away with my new truck. Give them a chance and they will make it worth your drive.

Kirby Acklin took care of our 2019 Buick Envision oil change service in a timely and friendly manner. There was no charge for this first visit. The Service guidance needs more explanation guidance for review for display name if no the owners name and rating if I check 5 stats it should be a five.

Went in on a Saturday without an appointment. Scott and team took care of us. Because my vehicle required more than just an Oil change, Scott and Ricky Crook gave us a new loaner comparable to my new vehicle over the weekend. On Monday they called me and brought the vehicle out to us when we arrived. All cleaned and ready to go!!

Outside of having to wait several days and having to call to see what was going on, it was quick when we finally signed the papers which usually takes the longest. We were very happy with the outcome and our son is very happy with his car. Everybody was extremely professional and friendly and Yes we would buy from them again and again.
