In a time when automakers are reporting lower sales, I visited many dealers and could sense that car sales were not going well. There was a lack of enthusiasm… and no follow-up. I even had a case where I contacted a dealer multiple times because I was interested in a vehicle, but nobody bothered to contact me back. Shawn and the team at North Country Ford restored my faith in car dealerships. It was an absolute highlight! I felt that they truly appreciated my business, and I witnessed them celebrating every sale, whether it was a new or used vehicle. The turnaround time was quick and professional. I read some of the bad reviews, but called anyway and I am glad I did. I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Brown… and right away he put me at ease. He listened to my concerns and explained everything. When I showed up there were no surprises about the cost of the vehicle or fees. There were a few very minor issues with the vehicle, which is just the reality of looking at a used car, but Jeremy went out of his way to make everything right. He is truly a very principled man of his word. I came away with a good deal on a great vehicle. Chris Scroggins helped me with the paperwork and took the time to explain everything I was signing and make sure I knew exactly what I was agreeing too. It was a quick and transparent experience. I would definitely buy from North Country Ford again.Nate was the best
