I had my most recent Acura (this is the 5th Acura we’ve bought or leased from them) serviced under warranty, it was done quickly, the new waiting area is convenient for working while I was waiting and honestly the work they’ve done for me has always been quick, courteous and always priced accurately - no surprises.

This is probably my best experience for the service department. Alex was honest, reliable, and attentive who didn't try to zip me for additional services that are not needed. He remembered to put in my discount where in the past I've had to remind some of them.

No more car problems!

I contacted Anthony from the service department because my car kept dying and I didn’t know why. My battery was just replaced less than two years ago. When I called Anthony he told me to bring the car in and he will take a look at it.... within a few hours they tested the car and found out it had to do with my aftermarket remote start!!!! We ended up disconnecting the remote start and replacing the battery (some people may ask why disconnect my aftermarket remote start ... because I changed my battery four times in like than six years of having the car) not only did he exceed the level of trust but he was upfront and honest with pricing, timing and the details about what the dealership is doing to my car. It’s like having a baby!!! Step by step process. Anthony needs a pay raise for his great customer service!!!

2017 RDX Advance Pkg Service

Have been with Acura of Seattle since 2002, starting with the purchase of an MDX. They kept it running perfectly for me until I replaced it in 2016 with the 2017 RDX. Have only needed two basic maintenance visits, and the quality of service has remained at the high level one expects from Acura of Seattle.

First Time @ Acura of Seattle & Very Happy

I purchased an Acura from another local dealer and brought it to Acura of Seattle for an inspection. I knew the water pump would need to be replaced and they confirmed that was the case. They also determined a few other regularly scheduled maintenance items needed to be performed. I had them do the work and they provided me with a nice loaner. My car is running better now than it did when I brought it in. I feel very confident that my car is in excellent condition and the work performed is of the highest quality & standards.

Fabulous service

I checked in for an oil change at 9:30 am. The service rep found a discount coupon right away. About 30 minutes later the car was done and he had discovered an additional discount to apply. Then he walked me to the car which was spotless. I pointed out some paint damage and he offered to have his detail shop take a look. About 5 minutes later they returned the car rubbed out the ugly scrapes and did not charge me anything additional. Well done Acura of Seattle and a big shout out to Mac.

Don't stand by their offers

I was in the Acura of Seattle dealership today inquiring about the audi a4 they had. The salesperson took me on a test drive and I really liked the car a lot. When it came down to the price we negotiated and finally agreed on a price with some added extra's that needed to happen per the 75,000 mile maintenance on the car. I signed the "proposal" for the deal which was apparently already approved by the manager. The rep went away after I signed and was on the phone for a while. When he came back he said he misinterpreted the manager and that he was saying yes to someone else...and then said my deal could not work because they could not complete any of the maintenance needed. They then tried to sell me just the car at the same price we agreed on without the extras which at that point I said no and walked out. If you make an offer for something, you need to stand by it. I was fully ready to purchase the car at that price. I was even told the car had been on the lot for a while but apparently you didn't need to get rid of it as bad as you said.

I bought a 2014 MDX from Adam H. at Acura of Seattle this week. This is the second car I bought at this dealership (I bought a 2013 RDX in Oct 2012). Both times, the salesmen were low pressure, knowledgeable, helpful and fair. I got a great deal both times (better this time since the 2015 MDX is available and they were pushing sales on the 2014 models). The finance person was also very good. He didn't pressure me to buy extended warrantees, paint protection, etc. He made offers and only a very brief sales pitch, but no hard sell. In short, it was a great experience.

Profit over safety

My MDX went in for issues that involved the car braking and locking of its brake system. THis would happen our of nowhere. Dealership said there were two faulty parts but would only replace one, the cheaper one. They also said neither parts should have gone bad. I contacted corporate but they also refused to deal with this safety issues. I mentioned that my family could have been killed had we been on the freeway or snow. But at the end of the day, they sent me home without fixing the one of the faulty parts so that they could save $1600.

Bad services

They agreed on a price, but they rejected the offered price during financing process. They called me back for their offer price, I agreed. Next day, they told me their new sale manager was sick. The following day, they told me the car was not available. I backed out. Next day, they called me again to complete the deal. I no longer trusted them and turned down the offer. It was not a pleasant time for me because they messed around too much. Wouldn't go back there even if they offer competitive price. I found that, they are not the only dealership around the town. I can always look further for better deal even I have to pay for transportation.

Worst SalesMan

Chris Samra was salesman and He was so arrogant. I had lease offer from other dealership (acura of bellevue) and I gave them the price I got from acura of bellevue; After seeing quote from bellevue they mentioned it's not possible and started to behave rudely. I didn't like the way sales person behave with me and my wife. I was so upset with dealership experience with this dealership. I went to acura of bellevue and bought same car with couple of grand discount on prevous quote. Never ever go to this dealership.

Rude Sales Manager and worst service

I had a really horrible experience in this dealership. I went there to purchase a pre-owned car. Sales guy took 2 hrs to negogiate with me and finally when we decided on the price, he went to get apporval from his sales manager. The sales manager came back and told us that he would not be able to give us the car at that price and that the sales guy had no word whatsover. When I responsed back about wasting my time, the guy 'Louangphakdy' sweared and told us to 'Get out'. This guy was really bad and had no sense on how to behave with clients. He was very unprofessional too. I would recommend that if you plan to buy an Acura,never go to this dealership. They suck. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and will never put my foot in that dealership again nor would recommend it to my friends

Horrible Sales Service

I went to purchase a preowned Acura and spent 3 hours test driving and negotiating with the Sales person. When we agreed on the deal the Sales guy said he is going to get sign off from his manager. We were hoping we were finally done but instead his manager came and said that the Sales guy did not have authority to commit to a price, and we'd have to pay a few grand more than what we had agreed to. When we complained that if that was the case they shouldn't have wasted our time by making us negotiate with him, he started swearing and misbehaving... at one point he even screamed 'Get Out'. This is not my first car purchase, so I have seen all kinds of negotiation tactics like 'Hardball', 'Good Cop/Bad Cop', 'Delay tactics' etc., but I was totally shocked to see a Sales Manager behave like this. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and will never put my foot in that Dealership again.

I walked in at 8:30pm and walked out at 9:30pm with the paperwork finished. I bought a new 2008 MDX. I was very surprised at how fast the negotiations went (they beat an offer from another dealer) and there was zero pressure to buy additional stuff like accessories and warranties. Very friendly sales associate, sales manager and business manager. It's a big dealership with a lot of cars to choose from. Unlike another Acura dealer, this one had the MDX in the color and options that I wanted.

I just purchased an '08 TL w/ Nav. My experience began when I called back in August '07. I was actually looking to get a '07 TL if there was a financing deal. Back then, there wasn't. So the salesperson took down my information and told me that he would call me if any new financing deals came up. So several months later, I get a call from him in November telling me that they had recently brought back the 2.9% for 36 months deal. So I made an appointment to see him. When I got there, using information I had gotten from this site, I told him the price I was looking for an '07. It turned out they were out of '07s, but he told me that if I came back at the end of the month, I might be able an '08 for about $2000 more that the closeout pricing of the '08. I then test drove the car with one of his associates, and had a good experience with that too. So I just went back this weekend, and just like he said, he got me that price that I was looking for. I think overall this salesperson was very good and professional. He was quite persistent, always leaving me messages, and such, but at least he was friendly. I usually keep my cars for a long, long time, but next time I need an Acura, I'll call him up again. Of course, I'll use this site to always help me get the price I want too. The only con is was the finance department representative. The financing actually went really easily, but they tried to sell me every possible warranty and security add-on possible. I felt really pressured there. And then they made me come back to the dealer the next day because they ended up needing me to sign another paper. Oh well, I can't imagine they made too much money by selling me the car, so they had to try to make it up one way or another.
