We were most pleased with our experience of purchasing our 2015 Suburban from Billy Paul at Titus Will in Olympia. We think this is about the 4th (or more)vehicle we have purchased through him. Bill went far beyond "the call of duty" to help us out in a very difficult time after having our 2015 suburban totaled.

My saga begins with a simple need to have a recall done. Its a super common recall, so I figured this would be a swift visit. Not so! I scheduled my first appt a month in advance so I could get the day off work. Told them what car I drive and what recall i need done. I arrive, wait 90 minutes only to be told they don't have the parts in stock. (They never even looked at my car.) Ok, why wasn't i called yesterday so I didn't waste my time? Why weren't the parts ordered last month when i made the appt? I shrug it off, and am told I will be contacted when the parts arrive and I can make an appt then. Fast forward 60 days and I still have not received any calls. So i take the initiative to call and ask if the parts are in yet. "Yes!" they say. So I make another appt, and add that i want my car scanned because the ABS light has come on. "OK sir not a problem." Second appt day arrives. I get there a few minutes early. I sit in the waiting room for 80 minutes before i see a tech come get my car from where i parked it. It then takes the tech another 60 minutes to realize that they still don't have the right parts in for the recall! "Well sir we didn't know you had THIS engine." Quite irritated, I say fine and tell them to go ahead and scan my car for me so i know why my ABS light is on. This quite simple operation then takes the tech 2 HOURS to do. Following the quote of $1200+ to have the ABS module replaced, i made a third appt to have the recall done. Third appt day arrives. Im told the work will take close to 2 hours because they have to replace the valve cover gasket as part of the recall. They actually pull this one out in about 90 minutes. Finally, i breathed a sigh of relief that i no longer have to deal with these people, and head on home. As I pull in my driveway, i can smell coolant. I pop my hood to find that the tech had forgotten to reattach the coolant overflow hose. This could have started an engine fire, which is what the recall is intended to prevent! Upon further inspection of the engine, I see that they didn't replace the valve cover gasket. They merely added some new rubber washers to the valve cover bolts, and installed some fancy plug wire looms. All in all, this is easily the worst service Ive ever received. I will never go back. I will drive out of my way if i ever have another recall. This whole fiasco is the reason I work on my own cars. If i could have legally done the recall myself, I would have been more than happy.
