Right car, great service

We came all the way here from Seattle because we found the exact vehicle online that we were lookng for. I spoke to Shay Mailloux on the phone and when we got to the dealership an hour ready the car was already parrked outside the main entrance ready for a test drive. He let my wife and I run it around the nerighborhood at our leisure, and even the fact that I forgot my insurance card was not a problem. Eventually we settled on the deal, and the whole thing went very smoothly. They really do manage every step of the sales journey here very carefully. John the finance director could not have been nicer, and then when everything was completed the car was ready for us to drive off. Shay even paired my wifed's iPhone for her. Everyone in the dealer was friendly, and it's one of the most beautiful facilities of its kind you can imagine. I would definiitely use them again in the future, and I absolutely recommend Shay.

Right car, great service

2013 Focus

Although the parts were not in to fix me car. the service, communication and friendliness was very good. (I rarely give 100% to any survey unless everything was flawless. This was very, very good though) No work was performed on my car this time.

Marysville ford is the best! any vehicle i buy in the future will be from these guys. i recently bought a used 2008 jeep from them and doing business with them really made me feel good about the deal i got they had the best price ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE and i really looked around for days at other dealerships to online private party craigslist adds, little nickle and news paper articles. so by seeing that marysville ford had the best price after looking on their website that got me to come in and take a look. upon arrival i was greeted with a friendly hello by the sales managers and owner himself they where very friendly, informative and very professional. i never felt any pressure to look at anything i didn't want. it was a very pleasant being in their store it was very clean with a great family friendly environment. after purchasing i came back for service on my jeep and they did a great job for a very reasonable price and washed and vacuumed my rig for free. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A TRUSTWORTHY PLACE TO BUY A RELIABLE VEHICLE OR GET WORK DONE ON YOUR CURRENT RIG TO COME TO MARYSVILLE FORD. We had our 2014 focus clutch and fuel pump recall work done at Marysville Ford. They did an excellent job!! our car runs better now than when we bought it new from them. Great Job!! The Staff is very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Marysville Ford for auto or truck service.

Exhorbanent labor costs

I was a little bit frustrated with the length of time it took for lunch oil change. I was also extremely disappointed with the cost of recommended maintenance. The quote I got was $117.99 to replace the serpentine belt. The part only costs $38.50 and that's what I can get it for so obviously Ford can get it cheaper but for the sake of argument I'll use that price. That means you wee going to charge me $80 labor for a job that took me, an average homeowner with average mechanical experience less than 10 minutes to do, and that's only because it was my first time doing it! Come on guys, quit gouging the community with exorbanent labor costs and get realistic.

Shawn Barrett is THE BEST and I Couldn't Be Happier

Shawn Barrett is the sales person that car buyers want to work with on this huge purchase. I've purchased 3 cars in my life and this is the only time that I haven't felt backed into a corner and pressured into a purchase. I was able to take my time, ask a million questions, do my research, ask more questions, and then make a great purchase. I'm beyond proud of myself, because this is one of the biggest fears that I have - buying a car. Shawn made it fun, education, easy, and fast. A friend of mine just bought a car (different dealership) and spent 5 hours at the dealership, felt pressured, unhappy, and generally hated the experience. Night and day to my experience. Women don't like to buy cars, because many of us feel out of our element and worry about being taken advantage of by shady sales people. Every woman I've shared my experience with wants to know where I went and who I worked with so that they know where to go when they're ready to buy their next car.

Came in for 10,000 mile service, "the Works. Was happy to see that I didn't need to purchase coffee as it was available for free (not the case with regular service department. Also free popcorn available during my wait. Best of all, I was out 1 hour earlier than estimated.
