Great experience buying a car.
The best new car buying experience I have ever had. From the salesman (Andrew) to the business manager (Abdi) it was a great delivery of what the car buying experience should be. Trade in value was right on what I expected, new car price was what I expected and the service delivery was a great experience. Fastest I have ever gotten into and out of any dealership when buying a new car.
Honda of Bellevue Service Department is a disaster.
Honda of Bellevue Service Department is a disaster. Do NOT do business with them unless you like to be screwed. They will take no ownership or warranty their work. I have documentation for all of this. I took my 2011 Crosstour for standard 110,000 timing belt maintenance (aka new timing belt), and THE NEXT DAY my steering at low speeds stopped working. They said it had nothing to do with the work they did. Really? There was no problem before I took it in viola, the next day the problem starts? They had to disassemble quite a bit to do the timing belt. They also forgot to install a bolt back onto my engine block. They said I had to have a new power steering system put in to fix the steering they broke, which I did and paid for. The power steering still had problems AFTER it was replaced. They took no ownership for that either. While the power steering was replaced, they did a four wheel alignment, and five weeks later my perfectly good tires were destroyed. I had to get new tires AND a new alignment. I chose to have that done at Les Schwab. I took one of the tires to Honda of Bellevue, and they AGAIN took no ownership and said they destroyed tires had nothing to do with their work. They are a den of lying and deceiving snakes with zero integrity and fake customer service.

Extremely Pathetic Experience, Kindly stay away from this place. Let me try to explain briefly. I was trying to buy a car specifically Honda CRV, I couldn't agree upon their pricing as they were adding all the accessories and they were forcing the customers to buy whatsoever the case. I was politely requesting for a better price, one lady sales person whom I have interacted was not happy that am not agreeing upon the price she quoted me. Immediately she has changed the tone of the language and said that she just wasted her time, and was very rude. They play around with their commissions and didn't let me talk to their managers. Later, I got in touch with Sales General manager, he also exposed the same language, he said they will not care about customers if customers don't value their pricing. Very extreme height of unprofessional behavior. They don't value customers and kindly stay from this place.
Worst service experience
There is no value to your money in this place. Service charges are so high. They have standard service rate for each repair so does not matter how much time it actually takes (you bet the standard time they take is always more than what would be needed) and if you are combining multiple repairs at the same time. Left the car for oil change, service guy called and said break pad needs replacement, mechanic is already on it so if you want he can replace it real quick - i really trusted this guy and said OK. after 35 mins i got a call saying my car is ready. catch here was he DID NOT explain me the labor cost. so i thought the amount he mentioned is majorly the parts cost. Later he claimed 2.5 hours labor cost that is 275$ just for labor!!!!!!!! service advisers behave as if they do things free of cost... 8 months ago i went for oil change and the report mentioned tire tread 6 32nds .... after 7 months, this time the report says 8 32nds. how to rely on these guys?!!? Just stay away from this place for any service you would want to do. I raised all my concerns till the Service director level but they dont care. They think what was done is right and as per the price list. they dont show any interest. after few mins of discussion they say,,, well sir, is there anything else i can do???
Attentive, patient service! Highly recommend
Emily Tang was incredibly helpful at guiding us through our options after we needed to replace our car. She ran the numbers for both used and new cars, and made sure we had plenty of time to test drive and inspect the cars we considered. She and her colleagues in sales and financial were patient and friendly throughout the evening. We are very happy with the new 2015 Civic we purchased through Bellevue Honda Vehicle Xchange.

A smooth exchange of my 2014 Civic to 2016 Civic. Great car, awesome stuff service. Never thought of another dealer for the car exchange. I will definitely come back for future purchases.
Exchanged old Honda Civic for New Accord
I came in to Honda Bellevue to get my old Honda Civic appraised. A few hours later I drove off with a brand new Honda Accord for a very good price! Emily Tang was very nice, not pushy, gave us all the information we needed and was super helpful.
Excellent car buying experience
Fast, friendly, straight forward purchase of a 2016 Honda Pilot. It was excellent to work with Howie Te and will work with him again. He and the rest of the Honda of Bellevue personnel did a great job explaining the vehicle and financing options.
I felt respected even with not a lot to spend
Personable and respectful treatment by Honda Auto Center of Bellevue even though I didn't have a lot to spend on options. My needs as a customer were met without heavy handed sales tactics, delays or intimidation. Eddy Yeh and Will Lis helped me buy just as much car as I needed. I was comfortable with each of them throughout the process. It was an enjoyable experience, and I would refer to them anyone in the market for a car! Thank you Eddy and Will.
The best car buying eperience
I came in with a 2014 Honda Accord that didn't meet my needs and due to the extreme helpfulness and dedication from Emily Tang and Andrew Miller, I went home in a 2016 Honda HR-V. They worked with me and made sure I really loved the vehicle I was purchasing this time. I am completely happy with my new HR-V and also pleased to be a customer of Bellevue Honda. Once again, Thank you Emily and Andrew for helping me, you both were wonderful!
Buing with Tom was great
Tom was great, we negotiated sames in 10 minutes, traded in my BMW for Audi and out of the dealrship in less than 2 hrs. Would highly recommend Tom and his team to anybody.
Brittney at Bellevue Honda is amazing! I had very limited time to spend at the dealership and she was very accommodating to this fact. I sent her items ahead of time and she did what they could before I got there. Once there, I never felt rushed from her and we only waiting while they printed the paperwork which was about 15 minutes total. We left there in 1.5 hours with a great used car that was freshly cleaned! Thanks Brittney!
Tom Kim is the best!
I recently purchased another Honda Civic from Tom Kim and I'd highly recommend working with him. He was straightforward, honest and overall fun to work with. He put a bow on the car for my daughter for her birthday and she was thrilled. This touch plus his very personal approach make it very easy for me to send any of my friends looking for a car directly to Tom Kim. You won't find a better salesperson.
First Time Car Buyer
Tom Kim was SO extremely helpful. As a first time car buyer, I have been through shady dealerships one after another, and Tom didn't pressure me even in the slightest, as I had been in contact with him for weeks trying to figure out what I wanted. He took the time to get to know my boyfriend and I (my boyfriend bought a CRZ from him first) so he knew my budget from the beginning and he did everything he could to work with me and stuck with it. I also appreciated the fact that he gave me time to talk to my boyfriend in private to make sure I was making a good decision.
I bought my first car at the Honda Auto Center of Bellevue a couple days ago. My dealer, Will, was very attentive and spent a lot of time with me as I asked so many questions and test drove multiple cars. Would definitely recommend getting a car here!
02/21/2015 CRV Purchase
I had a 12-1 p.m. appointment with Tom Kim to purchase a 2015 Honda CRV. I arrived an hour early. He was very accommodating and started our appointment at 11a. Tom was very informative and answered all my questions relating to the CRV I purchased. His customer service went above and beyond expectations when compared to my last vehicle purchase (2004 Durango). The sales process from start to finish was stress-free at Honda of Bellevue. Tom Kim gets a 5/5 stars.
Overall good experience
Went in looking for pre-owned certified CRV. Met Dennis. Dealership had one 2013 certified. Good price. Got extra discount for Costco membership. Dennis was patient, informative and helpful. Not pushy. Only complaint was waiting a long time to go through financing, but the dealership was very busy at the time we bought. Happy with purchase and the dealership.
Customer service at its Finest
Chris Ceccarelli has it going on! Walking into Bellevue honda was an amazing experience, chris was very personable and gave us exactly what we were looking for. He remained very calm and very patient when my dad was talking and asking for re-clarification on everything we were getting told. he was very cautious with our time and checking in on us everytime he had the chance, walking us through everything he was doing and ensuring my parents, as well as myself know what was going on. Chris definitely went above and beyond making it possible for my 2015 Accord Sport to get a sunroof, and an egnition started key! he has my dad thinking about a new manual honda. He is an amazing asset to the bellevue honda team, and we will definitely be back! not to mention, after we came out of finance, my dad kept on insisiting he wanted a water bottle/coffeemug/hat, and chris was so nice he offered to get my dad the navy blue honda hat he had been eyeing since we walked in. Thank you so much Chris by treating us like you did, remarkable, and not like walking dollar signs. this has been by far the best experience we have recieved at any car dealership and look forward to coming back to chris and this phenomenal bellevue honda team to buy more hondas.
Tom was great. He was in constant contact with me throughout the process of ordering the car and trading in my old one. Process was smooth. Was knowledgable about all the features and differences between models and trims and financing options. Will seek him out again if I need to buy a new car.
Worst Experience at a Dealership
I received the worst customer services at this dealership. I was looking into trading in my 2013 accord and they tried to rip me off. They also ran my credit through different banks without telling me. I was under the impression that it would be through Honda Financial only and couple of weeks later I get letters from Wells Fargo and Capital one. The salesman talked about the whole process and how my car accident lowers the actual value of my car. He talked about it in front of other customers and did not consider my privacy. He was not genuine at all either; he was trying to tell me that I had to make a 1k payment a Month on the new vehicle (also in front of everyone) because of my credit and negative equity on the car. The thing that bothered me was that he made it seem like it was a good deal to get the car for a lower payment after his efforts with management to lower my payments from 1k to $700. I know for a fact that I was being tricked, as I got approved for the same car at SOUTH TACOMA HONDA for $550 and they were paying off my current loan. This was a couple of months before going to this dealership looking for a lower rate. Finally, as a Licensed professional I called couple of weeks ago trying to address my privacy/unauthorized credit check concerns, and reported my concerns and was told I was going to receive a call back and never did, therefore, I decided to post this review. I will definitely drive down to South Tacoma from Bellevue if I want better service, competitive price, and privacy. -Dale
