Outstanding. Had an appointment for my annual service on my 2014 E250BTC. I was met as I pulled in. My service manager discussed the services they would be doing and the estimated time it would take. I was provided a loaner car within 5 minutes. Later that day I received a text it was done. I returned the loaner car and after the service manager told me all was good to go and no problems were found and I was good for another year. I will be back next year.

Still Waiting

Took our vehicle in for service over a week ago. We were told we needed some extra work and asked if we had an extended warranty. We told them we did have one and they said great lets schedule the service. We asked that they verify that the problem was in fact covered by our warranty before we schedule the service. The young man did not seem very eager to do that but did ask that we call him with the number. We called and gave him that information. It is now going into the second week, I have called him twice and left voicemails and he has not returned my calls. I will now call the service manager and most likely take my Mercedes to another dealership. Curious. . . .

Gentlemen very disrespectful borderline racist. Made me feel that as a African American that I didn’t deserve the quality service that Mercedes Benz has provided me with in the past. Very demeaning. Worst experience since purchase.

Excellent service from the initial contact with Mercedes Benz San Antonio via telephone, arrival of tow truck, and until delivery of vehicle after repairs. Jeff Sauceda kept us informed throughout the time the service department had our vehicle and coordinated some repair costs through Mercedes Benz. We have always received excellent service from the San Antonio Mercedes Benz service team from our first contact in the 1990s and since returning to San Antonio in 2002.

Had to call AAA to start my car. Went directly to Benson Mercedes. They confirmed battery had to be replaced. It was under warrant so no cost. This was done in less than 1hour. They also fix the floor mat and washed the car.
