Warranty repair work/headlights

I had to return my vehicle for rework because the problem wasn't completely fixed the first time, but the service was excellent and the staff is always courteous and professional. I was provided with a loaner vehicle and the overall experience was pleasant. I understand that sometimes it's difficult to trace down an electrical problem the first time around, especially if there are multiple things causing it. I still think you guys are great and will continue to be a customer here.

The sales person Lisa Gonzales and Finance person Cody Hooper did a wonderful job of working within my budget to ensure I got the vehicle and payments, I wanted. Although I am currently waiting on second key to my new vehicle, I am positive that this issue will be solved in a timely manner.

Service department was very friendly and helpful. I had my oil changed and also had to get a small item from the parts department. The Quick Lane service representative actually came out to my car and installed the part that had been purchased. This was not anything related to my oil change and could easily been done by myself at home. I was very impressed by this young man's attention to every detail of my entire visit.

Best Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had!

I have bought numerous cars over the years (I'm 70 years-old). And this was the best experience ever. Extremely professional! I left a message on this website and stated I was interested in a Crossfire they had for sale. Jeff B called me. I told him I would like to look at it the next day about mid afternoon. He said it was his day off but if I called him 20 minutes before arrival (on his cell) he would come in. I called when we were about 30 minutes away. We drove 3 1/2 hours to get there. The Crossfire was sitting right outside the door all ready for us. Jeff came out the door to greet us immediately. We discussed the car and my partner and I each drove it. We spoke with him in his office and agreed to buy it. The reasonable pricing policy they have makes it easy to purchase a vehicle without a lot of haggling. The bank refused to verify my check (their policy). Jeff drove me to a branch near the dealership where I cashed the check. Jeff did everything possible to help the customer. I would recommend him and the Bluebonnet dealership to anyone!

I received the best service from Marty Noble. Marty knew the answer to every question I had and made me feel like he cared about my needs and wants. I used to buy from Jordan Ford but after working with Marty and having a stress free and excellent buying experience I will only shop at Blue Bonnet Ford. In all the years I've purchased vehicles Marty and Cory (from finance) earned my business and trust. I cannot say enough good things about Marty. He followed up with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase - which I am. Please let Marty and his supervisor know that I really appreciate how easy he made the purchasing experience.

I came in on a Saturday morning, right when it opened up and was in and out within about an hour and half. I enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area while I waited for my vehicle. I also was able to get some additional maintenance up keep on my vehicle that was suggested by the employee at the counter.

Honestly...all dealerships should be sell cars this way

After finding a great deal on a new 2016 Focus Titanium on Bluebonnet's lot, my wife and I pre-qualed ourselves through Capital One. We don't like haggling, or negotiating...and we definitely don't like wasting anyone's time. Bluebonnet's sales structure, with their very fair no-haggle pricing, and their reasonable charges for extras, made our couple of hours there pleasant. From the beginning stages of us online shopping, to the end when we drove off the lot, we were helped by Lee Agnello. He was professional, personable, honest, and clear. He wasn't all about the fake smiles, and the fake pleasantries, and the general fake sales attitude that many sales people have. He was exactly what car sales people should be. When we arrived, he immediately walked us out to the Focus (he had it pulled out up front for us) and gave us a 3 minute walkthrough. Because the car had been on the lot for a while (likely the reason for such a low price), he asked the service folks to drop a new battery in it. A nice touch, which we weren't at all expecting. After he was done walking us around it, he offered to take us on a test-drive. We declined, as we wanted to go through numbers first. If the numbers didn't work, there was no sense in us moving any further. He put together final numbers, and told the finance crew that we were insistent on financing through Cap 1. While they did their work, we went out on a test-drive. When we test drive cars, I prefer just...quiet. I prefer to listen to the car...the engine, the wind noise, the brakes, etc. I try to remove distractions to really "feel" the car. Some sales people will yammer on about whatever while on a test-drive. Lee just sat back and let us do our thing. It was great. When we returned, another gal sat with us while Lee checked on financing. She spoke to us about some car protection packages...paint sealants, interior sealants, and car detailing. We declined, and based on our past experiences, expected a bit of push back. Nope, the gal just thanked us and moved on. No pressure what-so-ever. We were walked us over to finance, where we waited maybe 10 minutes. Our finance rep walked us into his office and started going through the final steps. He asked us questions about what we do for a living, other general small talk, and about our driving habits. He was personable, and like Lee, straight-forward. He spoke to us about purchasing an extended warranty. We declined, and moved on. Again...no pressure what-so-ever. When he mentioned that he final numbers we were given matched what we were pre-qualed for through Cap 1, we were elated. We signed some paperwork, and went on our way. Overall, it was a SOLID 5 star experience. Everyone at Bluebonnet was great. Big thank yous to the team that helped us make our short day-trip to New Braunfels fruitful. We're looking forward to having our new car serviced at Bluebonnet, and will definitely return the next time we're in a market for another vehicle!

Bluebonnet does a great job but the time required to receive service is unreal. If I was management, I would figure out a way to provide an oil change in a reasonable time.
