I took my vehicle over the weekend because it seemed my battery was giving out. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment since only routine maintance work was done on weekends. I spoke with the manager to see if they can just take a look at the battery and tell me if I needed to replace it. The manager, Jesus, went out of his way ensure I got the battery and my vehicle inspected. I am very grateful that Jesus took care of my vehicle needs and with the quality of customer service he provided. Viva Kia dealership has always had great customer service and Jesus has enriched that service. Thank you.
Terrible don't be fooled they tell lies can't trust
They had my truck for 3 days said that they did the work and did not hung up on me management's word means nothing beware big disappointment the salesman tried to make it right but management ruined any chance to take care of the costumer me and others there rating is low for a reason
Bad service overall. Car wash was horrible. No customer service!
You need more profesional employees. A lot of playing around. No one greets you. I had to practacly beg for assistance . When I asked one of the service guy for help he said " wait for that guy that's not mine" . I believe every customer should be everybody's responsibility! Would not return for any service whatsoever!
Great Service and Awesome Car Salesman
Jose Luis Dominguez was the most awesome car dealer I had dealt with in decades. I was treated very friendly and respectful. All my questions were answered and I felt very reassured of my decision to purchase my Kia Forte. If Kia had more salesmen and women like Mr. Dominguez, sales would be phenomenal. Unsatisfied With dealership service.
When I left the dealership I noticed my rear passenger tire was low on pressure, that itself told me that they had not done the multi-point inspection correctly. Who knows if they even did all the other services they said they provided to me.
Good Sales Man!
I went in thinking I was not going to get approved. But Jose Juarez help me and I immediately told him what i wanted and what i could afford. And he went and beyond to help me out. The only thing i would say is the wait time was beyond 4 hrs which i understand and I kept calling to fill up my 5 dollars of gas and was giving kinda ignored on that, but overall good customer service.
Clarification, people has been always polite and proper.Well, I drop my car without previous appointment around 8:00 AM and was released around 11:00. Certainly even without an appointment close to 3 hours is way and beyond what is reasonable, Specially for facilities the size of yours. In addition to that the charges for the air filter and its cost seem also high in my opinion, we were informed the part cost was 75.00 and that is probably fine but that and the labor not so much No water nor coffee was on sight while we were there. Some things to get fixed. This is very different from other experiences before at the same location.

I decided to schedule a winter special approx $300 based in an email i got, when i arrived to the dealership noticed i had deleted the email, they couldnt provide ne with the same so a 30 thousand mile service was offered for $500 included car wash, i pulled my coupon book, the staff suggested i use a $25 off, i knew there was a better one, i had seen a 10% off, he said that was for brakes, i took advantage of the shuttle :) at work i found $75 off coupon for any service above $400, plus i would ask if i could combine with my military service, when i was ready tonoay i inquired but i was aloud tonuse only the $25 i had originally provided :/ i ended up paying $660 buu coupons matter to many of us, it us what bring us in. No fresh coffee ever, no water bottles ever (since bought the car in 2014) i was lucky a radio promo was there and got a free quesadilla. My car did not get a car wash but i had to go so ok. I guess good service provided, no issues with my vehicle.
