Horible customer service
I've asked to see pictures 5 times of a Corvette they have for sale and they will not send. They use a stock photo and not the actual car. Why would they do this? Chuck Wood and his assistant Donna can not answer why they cant send pics of the car. They have had the car for a while so its not like its new to them. Chuck then lied and said the car was in for "routine maintenance" for the day. and that he would send pics ASAP when the car is back. Well, 3 weeks later, 5 emails later to many different people at this dealer, I just get lies and the run-a-round at this dealership. Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep needs to make a personnel change with Chuck and Donna before they do further damage to this dealership.
About as bad as they come
By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I wasted two hours of my life at this joke of a dealership. I only asked two things from this dealership: How much for my trade-in? And how much for the truck I am looking to buy? Two hours later and I only have the trade-in amount. We went to this dealership looking to buy a Ram 2500 Laramie. We were not greeted when we got there. We walked by two salesman sitting out front and was ignored. This is ok with me as I rather look around first. So after we located the truck we wanted, I walked back to the dealership building and got one of those two salesman to help us. I forgot this kids name but he starts doing the paperwork to get an appraisal amount on my trade-in. He of course keeps my keys so "his service manager can look at my truck as well." This is of course just a sales tactic. They like to keep your keys so you can't just up and leave at your discretion. Now this is where things get weird. The kid salesman passes us on to an older (more experienced) salesman. He tells us he has to because he "has to teach someone how to drive a stick." This became very awkward as he never left the dealership and most certainly did not show someone how to drive a stick. So now we are forced to pretty much start over with this new salesman. He kept saying "this is why I hate coming in at the tail end of a deal." He went out to the truck (2017 Laramie) we were wanting. I guess to get more info off of it? They said they also have a 2016 Laramie. He went to go find that but came back and said the truck was damaged. So after literally two hours, I still do not have have a trade-in amount or a price for the truck we are wanting to purchase. I tell him this and he quickly and rudely says they will give me $37k for my trade-in. This is lower than other dealerships but I realize this is a numbers game. As long as they can sell the truck at a decent price, we can still make a deal. So he comes back with the price of the truck. It was a really good price but they were still talking of $800 a month for the payment with $1000 down. I told them I am tier 1 credit and I do not put money down. They ask how much do I want my payment at? I already told them I was wanting around $700. So they have me sign saying that if they can get it at $720 for 6 years, I will purchase. I agree, sign it, and then fill out the credit app. Now it gets weird again. He comes back with the keys in his hand and says "what is this?" I look at him like he is stupid. He then says "what keys are these?" Well sir, those are the keys to the truck we have been discussing these past two hours. He then tells me that they must have put in the wrong stock number. We walk out to the truck and confirm the stock number on the keys, is infact the correct stock number to the truck we have been working a price on. So after two hours, this dealership wasn't even getting me pricing on the truck we were asking for. They were giving me the pricing on a stripped down SLT, not the Laramie. And I find that amazing because who in their right mind would pay $800 a month for a stripped down Ram? I have bought a lot of new cars. I have been to a lot of dealerships. Some good experiences and some bad. But this dealership takes the cake. This has been the most ridiculous and incompetent dealership I have ever been to. I am shocked that this dealership can even remain open.
Watch Out! ! !
After you think you have a firm price...they will hit you with $950.00 at closing. Also, They seem to only have one key for all their vehicles...you can purchase another in their parts department for $250.00
5 stars NOT
I took my 06 power wagon in for a check engine light. The special was 96 dollar diagnostic. Three days later (me stuck with a rental $270) they told me they couldn't get it started and they had a Chrysler rep coming to check it out. Again NOT, just a lie. Then when I went back to the back around the Service people to the mechanic he said the Light was because the ecm wasn't getting signal so he stripped back some wires on a wiring harness on the truck and jumped it (that's why it wouldn't start). so after 3 days I finally told them to give me my truck back before they destroy it. they wouldn't replace the wiring harness that he ruined. Cost almost $400 and they didn't do anything. It had a cracked vacuum line at the Charcoal canister. They have no idea what they are doing, they don't even know what a power wagon is. I got a letter from the store manager asking me how my service was and to please call him. I did 5 times and he was never available and didn't return any of my calls.
Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep
Shea B. not only found us exactly what we were looking for but was extremely professional and helped us get an amazing deal! I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Shea!
Great place to buy a car or truck
Tom D made my truck buy the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Very helpful and personable. He had, or found the answers to everything I asked and was not your typical salesman. Go to Boerne and see Tom!
Shopping for a Jeep Wrangler
I wanted to check out a Jeep Wrangler and luckily Gabriel was the salesman who came out to greet me. He was informative, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable. I ended up getting my first Jeep from Gabriel and am very happy with it! I can only say good things about Gabriel, but I do caution you to pay attention to your paperwork and figures once you are in the hands of the finance department. If you do this then you will be okay.
Easy, no problem buying experience.
Purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango Citadel. Mickey C. and Gabe W. were awesome! Both worked with us through the process to factory order the vehicle. They answered all of our questions fully and honestly. A very relaxed atmosphere--no pressure at all. Definitely recommend this dealership and these gentlemen!
Vince C. is the person to deal with at Boerne Dodge
Vince C. was very helpful in the purchase of my new Ram Dodge Longhorn. It was so great working with him that I have gone back to buy two more vehicles from him in the Last 3 months. I will recommend and keep buying from Boerne Dodge in the future. I have had a great experience working with Vince at Boerne Dodge. Boerne Dodge is the place to buy your next vehicle
My experience with my salesman, Vinny C. was remarkable. He was very attentive and easy to talk to. Since the vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, he arranged a test drive of a very similar vehicle owned by the another person. This actually sealed the deal for me on this particular vehicle. I absolutely love my car. My only negative experience was with finance. After assuring me whole heartedly that my down payment check would be held until the following Monday, they cashed my check the next day, Wednesday. My decision to purchase the vehicle at that time was based on the assurances that the check would be held. The early cashing of the check negatively impacted me financially. The dealership said they would make it up to me somehow. Not sure if that will happen or not. Only time will tell.
Just purchased a Jeep Wrangler - and love it! The entire experience of purchasing the car was managed to the mines! Gabriel W. was a pleasure and went out of his way to make my deal work! Would highly recommend purchasing a great vehicle from this team!
I went in looking for a particular type of truck and they did not have the truck, so I spoke to Leroy Salazar and let him know what I was looking for and left. A few days later I get a call from Leroy and he said I think I found what your looking for. I went in a couple of hours later and there it was....the truck that I wanted. I feel in love with the truck the minute I drove it and I was ready to talk $$$$. My husband was out of town and on his way back so making the deal was up to me. They were very patient as I made a few calls back and forth with him and they made us a very fair deal on our trade in and the new truck. Leroy was great to work with and the whole experience was easy and stress free. I definitely recommend doing business with Boerne Dodge.
Purchasing a Jeep at Boerne Dodge/Jeep was the best vehicle buying experience we have had in 30 plus years of buying cars. Salesman, Shea Blaschke was extremely informative and very patient through the entire process. Initially, we were unsure of the model that we wanted and Shea had us drive several different vehicles until we settled on the perfect Jeep for our family. The negotiation process was pleasant and very respectful. We highly recommend Boerne Dodge/Jeep and Shea Blaschke. Look for us in our new Flame Red Jeep Unlimited with the top down.
Buying a used car from Boerne Dealership
Our family was treated very well by the salesperson at the dealership. The salesman, Mark Bear went above what was necessary to get us into our new car....thank you Mr. Bear

Leroy Salazar Great Sales Guy

I went in and left with my new car within a couple of hours, the car is great and i am very satisfied. On December 21st my wife and I were Christmas shopping and we got a call from Leroy saying he had just got in a 2012 charger and he remembered my wife really wanted one. We went in and Leroy had the car parked up front ready for us when we got there,we bought it she loves it .Thank you Leroy and Mark(finance guy)for getting us what we wanted.I reccomend Leroy and Boerne Dodge to all my friends.Sincerly, pete herrera
The People you want to find at a Auto Dealer
I have been looking for a 2012 Dodge Journey for a while now and while I have not found the one that is quite to my liking yet, I can tell you that I have been to several dealerships, and this dealership and its staff in particular Ralph have gone out of their way to answer any questions that I have had. What I also found refreshing was that Ralph actually knew what he was talking about. as I said I have been looking for a while and have had plenty of time to research all the little details about said vehicle, so when I asked a trivial type question I was quite surprised to get a straight forward correct answer, rather than some kind of awkward silence while the salesperson quickly tried to come up with a answer that I might believe. While I may not have picked who I will ultimately do business with just yet, I can say that dealership has already broken away from the herd and distinguished itself as the forerunner.
rachel morris rocks !
My experience with sales person Rachel Morris was great and I would recommend her to anyone asking me if I know a car sales person.
Great experience with dealership
Dealt with Rachel Morris (Internet Sales). Very attentive. Intelligent. Listens to customers. Definitely knows her business. Great doing business with her and dealership.
Boerne Dodge Stay Away
Stay away from this Dealership they use classic old school car salesman techniques that gave the industry a bad name years ago. I spoke with the Sales manager Brandon and we negotiated a fair price on a end of the ear model truck over the phone. The next day I spent 6 hours in negotiation with the sales guy Jeremy who was nice but low balled my trade in by 7 thousand dollars from NADA Clean Trade in Value. I was told they were using auction prices to calculate the value of my truck Not the industry standard such as NADA, KBB, Edmonds and Black Book. The funny thing is the guys in the back were looking in the NADA book all day when pricing other vehicles out. We were unable to reach a deal by thousand dollars and were forced to walk away from the dealer about 5 min later by phone blew up with sales guy telling me the come back that the manager would meet me half way. When I arrived I asked to speak to the sales manager (Brandon) and he kept up waiting 20 min and apparently wasnt serious about closing the deal, then he said had another buyer coming to to buy the vehicle and since I left the dealer ship he was going to sell the car to the other guy. Funny the 2011 truck was sitting on the lot 9 months and unable to sell the car but today has a buyer coming in to sweep the deal from out under me. Even better he was firm with the same numbers and refused to meet me half way by 500$. Run, Run, Run, Stay away from this dealership and there backwoods unethical business practices.
No one willing to sell me a car
Anthony enthusiastically showed me a car, pointed out the features and got to test drive a car; when I tried to buy the car he couldn't give me a price; the sales manager wasn't willing to give me a value on my car and no one wanted to try to find the car I wanted. I asked for the sale and they wouldn't give it. I walked out and no one ever followed up. I guess the didn't need my business.
