I really appreciate the Kinsel Ford Team. My service representative yesterday exceeded my expectations. She continually checked with me on the status of my F150 and I am well please overall experience. The service mechanic even came by to let me know it was ready and that the service rep should be calling me shortly. I have owned six trucks in the past 10 years and two at our home now.

F 150 warranty repair

I have an extended warranty which I thought was through Ford, however, found out it was a third party warranty sold to me by the dealership at time of purchase. I was led to believe that it was the same Ford extended warranty i had had with my previous F 150.This dealership is terrible at communicating. Dealing with this "non-Ford" warranty was a frustrating experience. Fortunately, one of the mechanics began directly communicating with me so as to bypass the service advisors. He made the repair process reasonable. They need to make him head of the entire dealership...he gets and understands communication with customers. I even asked to speak with and left messages with the general manager...no responses. Thank you, Chance, you are the best thing going at Kinsel! I appreciate your communication and help!!

From the 1st contact on the phone to the last “hope you have a great day, stay safe and enjoy your truck”, it took about 3 hours. We looked, talked, test drove, asked questions of our salesman, Toby Thibodeaux, met the sales manager Jeromy Simmons, completed the paperwork with Steve Wagner and was on the road before noon. Later I received a text from Craig Kinsel, the owner of Kinsel Ford and an emailing asking about my experience with Kinsel. I remembering buying a vehicle from them when they were located on 11th Street back in the day and it seems nothing has changed….. Never pushy or rushed, just simple negotiating until the deal is made. Great experience back then and once again now. During my search and quest for the perfect vehicle for me, I have dealt with many sales people in our Golden Triangle area of South East Texas and found most to be not only knowledgeable but professional and friendly like the neighbors they are. Service was good, received a higher trade in offer on my truck than I expected. There were a few blemishes on the new to me truck that I wasn't informed of but the dealership may have known of these so it's not a big deal. The biggest is on the roof which I will have to get repainted in time. Go see Johnny B at Kinse!

Once again Theresa Seals came through with flying colors....had a check engine light on..brought it in and told Theresa we were leaving Jan 5th on trip to Florida...she got my truck right in and had it checked out..found that it was a DEF sensor...told me I could drive my truck without causing problems and to bring it back when we got back from Florida to have sensor changed changed...i will be back after my trip....I was only at the dealership for about an hour...THANKS THERESA! above it ask about the price i was charged...it was NO CHARGE

Overall excellent experience in buying a new Lincoln MKZ. Salesman was super nice and knowledgeable about the car. The buying experience was not pressured like some dealerships. When I received my vehicle the staff went over all the details of how to operate all the "bells and whistles". Highly recommend this dealership.

I traded my 2010 Mustang GT Premium in & bought a new 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium. I truly loved my Mustang & wasn't willing to let her go if my shopping experience with a dealership was going to be frustrating & drawn out.
