I brought my car there several times and shortly after each visit .. a new problem with my vehicle mysteriously occur. I took it back and advisor was rude . They act like mechanics can’t make mistakes

Very speedy service, saved me money

Brought my vehicle in for a noise it was making, they found some bolts were not torqued correctly. They saved me close to $1,400 from a local shop who said I needed my entire control arm replaced.

Yearly oil change and inspection

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It took a while s I ended up needing a tire replaced! I wa informed at all times on what was going on and offered drinks and snacks as I waited. Every staff member that walked by struck up a conversation with me. My service advisor Kira was sooooo awesome. She knows what she is doing!! She could answer any question I had! Very knowledgeable. Kira made my experience so much better because she is such a nice and kind person!!! Very pleased with every aspect!!!

Disappointing Experience

My car sat in the shop for four days before diagnostic bc there are only two technicians that work on electric BMWs. I was charged $150 for their assessment that my i3 needed a new 12 volt battery. Then they wanted $750 to replace it. I found an OEM battery for $150 online and had my car towed back home to fix it myself. Unreasonable prices for a simple job. Receptionist at desk was friendly and courteous.

I love My BMW! But what keeps me coming back is the service at Beaumont BMW! Keira is by far the best! She treats you like family and goes out of her way to make sure your experience is VIP treatment! I have never been treated the way Bmt BMW treats their customers! I will forever be a customer!

I recently had a malfunction while drying from TX to LA. BMW Beaumont was my nearest service center and my car limped to them. They instantly took us in, calmed me down, arranged for the car to be seen quickly. Their courtesy driver Mark drove us to a rental place and when they didn’t have any cars (after promising they did), he drove us to another nearby town to pick up a car. We then returned and loaded all of our heavy cargo and continued on. They kept us informed of the repair details, offered to further assist us even though we are not regulars and just passing through. I could not have been more impressed. They were a bright light on a very dark day.
