Smooth Process Throughout

I recently purchased a new 2017 Tucson and was very satisfied with the process. Travis was great to work with and showed me all of the options I had in order to make the best choice for me. It was a smooth, stress-free process, and I look forward to many years of driving my Tucson.

I stopped by just to look and Shannon was wonderful. She understood my needs and listened perfectly. I didn't feel pressured at all and that is what I like. She knew I was just looking and gave me my space and answered all my questioned. I felt very comfortable with her if I decide to go with a Hyundai she will be my sales lady. Thank you

3 hour wait with appointment for an OIL CHANGE!

Our son is 16, and he asked us, "where is the best place to get my oil changed?" We made an appointment for him at this dealership, knowing this would be a great place for him to go with his new car. WRONG! He had an appointment at 830 am, for just an oil change. He had to wait over 2.5 hours for this service, and was late to his job at 11am because of this delay. It is totally unacceptable! There should have been NO REASON for a child to be late to work at 11am, right around the corner, when he had a scheduled appointment for such a simple service. He should not have even been charged for this service due to this issue. I feel terrible for him, as it is totally unfair for him to have to pay a price at his job for this kind of disrespect for his schedule and time. His father called to complain, and was told that due to recalls, he had to wait. Then, there should not be appointments made during these times. My son would have NEVER scheduled an 830 oil change today if he was made aware that he may have to wait HOURS to be served. At this time, i would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will reserve my right to change my opinion based on how this complaint is handled. Excellent Customer service includes communication - things happen, and schedules sometimes change - but the customer should be given the right to wait or reschedule the service if it cannot be completed within a reasonable time frame. He should not have had to be late to work because of recalls on your vehicles and the inability to communicate and offer a different time. Absolutely unacceptable customer service!

Best Hyundai Dealer in Memphis area

I have visited each Hyundai dealer in town, and hands down, Wolfchase Hyundai is the best. The staff is nice, the building is clean, and they always fix my vehicle right the first time. What else can you ask for. Thanks Joanne for taking care of me!!!

Dishonest dealership

I was told that the tire pressure monitor system light, the crack in my dashboard, the scratch on the passenger mirror would be fixed if I purchased the vehicle. The only thing I wanted fix was the TPMS light. Spoke with the manager and he said take it to Costco, It should cost at least 40 dollars and I will cut you a check. After attempting to get the TPMS light removed they found 3 sensors not working and the cost total was 300.00.

I was seeking out a Genesis Coupe with a Manual Transmission and a V-6 engine. I contacted the two local dealerships, [violative content deleted] both via email and phone to confirm they had this particular setup in this model. Both locations assured me they had the model I was looking for with the V-6/MT on the lot vie email (I have copies of the emails if would like to see them). Before I left my house I went online to check the dealership inventory. I saw no versions of the car i was looking for in their online inventory. So I called both Dealerships to confirm they had the model I was seeking after not seeing it online and I was assured that they did. I first arrived at [the other dealership]. [This visit was unsuccessful.] I called Homer Skelton Wolfchase Hyundai to confirm for the second time verbally that they where sure they had the Genesis Coup with V-6/MT I was seeking. I was placed on hold and then assured they had this car sitting on the lot. Arriving at this dealership I was greeted by one salesman saying "this man wants to buy a car", I asked for the model I was looking for and was directed to another sales agent. This agent and I walked around their much larger lot and explained that the other dealership had lied to me, and he assured me that his dealership would not. Their were 6 Coup's on the lot, none being a V-6/MT. After not finding the model I was looking for this agent said "how soon are you looking to buy?". At this I responded that I was high displeased with the fact I was misled again. He then asked if I would wait while he talked to someone else about the situation. After a ten minute wait, another gentleman came over and said there was one in Jackson, Mississippi they could order for me. At this point I stated that I was not interested after being misled. He got offended by this and simply walked off saying "FINE!". The other salesman at least had the decency to apologize for not having said model. It seems clear to me I was simply told a lie to get me on the lot.

Very Disappointed.

We tried to do business at Homer Skelton Hyundai Wolfchase in the fall and were so disappointed. The salesmen were so pushy, but we did find a car we liked. We were offered all kinds of wonderful deals if we would sign that afternoon. We decided to sleep on the offer. After a few days of back and forth we were minutes from driving back to buy our dream car when we received an e mail that told us they had LIED and could not make the deal. Their words were they were confused and made offers they could not deliver on. This is your job how confusing can it be! This was a sales manager we had been dealing with. What ridiculous customer service. They did offer us a different car with fewer features for $2500 more. If you can't make good on a deal then don't make the offer. We had it all in writing but of course they would not sign their name so it meant nothing. Stay away from this place. They will mislead and lie to you. We did buy a car but it was at a different dealership. There was no comparison between the awful service at Homer Skelton Hyundai Wolfchase and the great service we received where we ended up buying.
