If you value your money and your life do not trust this company bought a vehicle December the 15th of 2017 it is January the 11th for the second time this week I've had this vehicle towed they refused to bring it in for repairs because it it has not been 30 days since I purchased it in the warranty is not an effect this is their issue why should I have to pay them $100 when my warranty goes in effect why should I have to wait why should I have to pay $500 a month for a used car when I can't even drive it plus I paid $300 for a battery that did not repair the issue when they assured me on the phone it was the battery
Exactly what I want
This was my first time buying a car from a lot, I've always been buying broken cars from the 80's off of Craigslist. Getting tired of the side of the road, I told my sales representative Kyle exactly what I wanted. New jeep renegade, 6 speed manual. They literally backed that jeep off of the shipping truck for me. I test drove, and bought it. Fantastic experience
I will never do business with this dealership again... I bought a car there last year and got a letter from the bank saying that I needed to contact my dealer for a refund for my GAP insurance. I have, for months, called to get more information about this and honestly it seems as if they just want to keep the funds. I have called, left messages, and spoke to several people about this and cannot get a solution. The guy I spoke to, Randall, was short with me and getting annoyed with my questions but he should understand that I'm simply trying to get an answer. I don't understand what "she has pulled my file" means...I called for the owner "Jason" and got a call back for the same guy who was rude so I'm assuming the "dealer foooooor the people" doesn't care about the people.
Ben Hensley at Farris Motors is a great salesman.
Farris Motors has a great asset in Ben Hensley. It's hard as a customer to feel comfortable with a salesperson, but Ben is easy to talk to. He is there to sell cars, but won't push one on you. For example, he'll express his disappointment along with you at the performance of a vehicle during a test drive instead of pushing the car on you. We just went on to the next vehicle. I dread buying a car because most salesmen take it personal if you tell them the faults in what they are trying to sell you. I recommend Ben Hensley for anyone who wants an easygoing car buying experience.
Six months ago, I purchased a new to me Dodge Roadtrek. I have been unhappy with the dealer that I took it to for service since I got it. Today as I was driving to an appointment, I saw Farris Motor Company and stopped in to talk with the service department. I needed an oil change and lube, and had questions about a possible vacuum problem that I wanted checked. Not only did they have answers for me, they were able to work on my vehicle right then and there! The mechanic explained everything he was doing, and took the time to show me what he was talking about. Everyone was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They had all the parts they needed to fix the problems and did the work in a timely manner. My van now runs great and I left there feeling like I was the most important customer they had today. Even though Farris is an hour away from home, I will definitely be returning there for future service on my Dodge Roadtrek!
