ALl of the bad reviews are true. I would not recommend this dealership. Worst communication Ive experienced buying a Jeep. They dont care about their customers at all.
Bought 2017 jeep renegade April 3 2017 20 days later the transmission went out called 5 times they never offered to fix the jeep and still no phone call back from the manager i have already stop two people from going hear Auto world big stone gap Virginia they came and got the jeep the day i called.
Severly Disappointed in after sales treatment
UPDATE: 03/17/2017 WE ARE NO LONGER GOING TO BUY FROM FRIENDSHIP JEEP AND JESSICA BELLAMY. We reascend our previous review. Its prudent for current and previous customers to read this review as it is 100% honest, true and the last thing I wanted to do today. WISH I COULD CHANGE RATING TO TWO STARS (not five) 12/30/2016 Jessica Bellamy made a lot of money off of me, haggled, yelled at me once in front of other customers and staff. Kept me there all day so I couldnt go to another dealer and then hid the details of the Jeep I traded in. They gave me wholesale pricing" on the new Jeep because I wanted a "great deal" but then numbers and costs started to change once Dominic and I started talking. No fault to Dom. Im a successful online business owner and took screenshots of my trade-in listing on their website (stock photo of a 2008 Sahara Gray color) of my traded in 2008 Forest Green Sahara Jeep. Its all about business and better be extra careful. Professional salesman hungry to make a dollar at any expense while putting on a smile and pretty face. I dont appreciate Jessica Bellamys passive aggressive tone (2nd incident 03/17/2017 via email) and condescending attitude toward. I certainly have a right to not choose their service department. Simple question asking her what type of recommended oil does the Jeep use but they want to hide that as well until after I made it a point customers certainly deserve to know what type of maintenance is necessary. I ask, isnt it bad enough that Friendship corporate teaches sales agents to be aggressive money hungry mongers? Where are the morally good people? Gotta meet those sales quotas I suppose. After emailing Jess today to not contact me anymore (2nd request) she took it upon herself to reply to my email anyways. It was a blank reply email. Again, passive aggressive. I suppose she thinks shes had the last word. We certainly will not be working together anymore and I would not recommend her as a sale agent to any of my friends or clients any longer. I may still use their service department but do I really feel comfortable with that either today? No I do not. My mind is made up. Disappointment and its all about capitalism so if you decide to buy from her better be extremely careful. My recommendation, print out an automobile youve found online from their competitors and tell them the price you want. If they cannot give you a straight answer in 5 minutes, walk away to the next dealer. Dont let them keep you there in limbo with false hopes. Common sales tactic. After the purchase on 12/30/2016 I even gave Jessica a direct link to their competitors in Johnson City to show her that I did indeed find a lower price (4K less or more) so they could keep up with their competitors. In hindsight I shouldn't have done that. The Rubicon itself is top-of-the-line and an excellent vehicle. Great radio system, user-friendly navigation. I've taken it off road and really pushed the limits. Even scared my own mother at one point. :-) The Rubicon will sway in the wind and it will make you feel nervous. All the amenities, leather heated seats are wonderful. Just turn on the sway bar or lock the axles when going off road. 12 month SIRUS XM package is great! Protective coating from service department is a must and definitely worth purchasing!!! Literally there are no scratches on the paint surface of the vehicle. Made to Feel Less Than a Person
It has taken me a while to figure out how I wanted to proceed with the matter. We got this Durango used 5/23/2015 it was my dream car and I saved for over a year for it. Just a couple of months after I got it we started having problems and it went to the shop all of the time. We moved to Kingsport in April of 2016. I took it the shop here in town one time and they were rude to me so I took it to Bristol. I took it there twice on the second time I was verbally slapped in the face. Besides the face that no one in the office wanted to help and was pushing me out of the door as fast as they could. The service manager, Ray, said he didn't know why I was bring my car there and for me to not come back, to take my car to the dealership that I had taken it to before (In South Carolina) That he did not see why his people needed to work on it. Because of the wonderful treatment that I have received from Friendship Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Lovely Bristol TN, I have been on the phone all week with Consumer Affairs, The Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commission, NCDS, and my Lawyer. In short NEVER let someone make you feel inferior without your permission!!! Plus my car is still not fixed, they have no plans on fixing it the right way and they have to know that this is not how you treat people and I am going to make sure that they know about it.
I purchased a New Jeep Wrangler on Saturday (4/11/2015) from Jessica Bellamy. I had a wonderful buying experience. She made me feel very compfortable. There was no buying pressure and she was very informative about the vehicle and answered all questions I had. I truly enjoyed purchasing this vehicle. I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Friendship Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Everyone I encountered there was nice, never overly friendly or phoney. TJ Salyers was my salesman. He was never pushy or high pressured. He gave plenty of time to consider the trade. I saved $3000 over another nearby dealer. It was one of the best dealership experiences I've had. I recommend Friendship CDJ.
