It was a pleasure to be treated so courteously by the salesman who was professional, knowledgeable and did it all with no pressure. We are in our 80’s and have bought numerous cars through the years and this was the best experience we’ve ever had.

Surprised with a pleasant, no-pressure, attentive buying experience

I had made an appointment to see a new 2017 Accord. I knew I wanted a Honda after years of ownership of other models. I had only researched the 2017 Accord online, so I went to see them in person. The sales person Michael started out by making me feel very comfortable explaining what they had on the lot, what they could get, and the differences between the EX versus the LX etc. After seeing the 2017 in person to put it plain and simple I didn't like them. Michael understood, and we went back into the showroom to wrap up and that's when I spotted the 2018 Accord Sport. It was the color I was looking for but the price tag was slightly higher than I had originally planned. Barry really worked with me so that I could buy the car even though he didn't have to, because literally there were 2 other people there waiting to buy that exact car if I failed. I drove home in the car so excited and happy with not only the car but the overall experience!

Service advisor was very nice. He sent a text as soon as I sat down in waiting room telling me to let him know if I needed anything. When he realized service would be longer than expected he quickly gave me a loaner car. I received a text and call this morning advising vehicle was ready. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and price was the same anount quoted.

Bad Experience

I hesitate to write this review because all others have been outstanding. If I could stop at the point right before we signed on the dotted line, it would probably have 5 stars. Unfortunately, after we purchased a 2017 Ridgeline, people were not as eager to talk with us. To sum it up, many phone calls were never returned. When we were able to speak to someone, they were rude and unprofessional. Finally after numerous calls and complaints, someone was able to finally give us answers. What is really sad is that all of this negativity could have been avoided if the first person (our salesman) had called back.

I just bought a 2013 CR-V that is Honda Certified. My situation is a bit difficult and both the salesman Richard Maurais and the finance manager Stu worked with me and for me until I had a loan and was able to leave with my 'new' car. Not only were they helpful but we talked and joked making the whole experience pleasant instead of time dragging while we waited on approvals. Both of them were knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend Richard Maurais and Stu in particular.

Honda Ridgeline

Tony did a great job with getting my Honda Ridgeline worked on. I was I for a timing belt/water pump replacement and have the fuel injectors cleaned. He provided me with a loaner car (nice Honda Accord) because the service to get the truck done was going to take most of the day. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and the way I was treated as a customer. He kept calling me to advise me of any issues or problems. Awesome job, Tony!

Our experience at Flow Honda was fantastic! The car buying process is not our favorite thing to do but our sales consultant Drew Siegrist made it easy and stress-free. He is very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of their vehicles, explained everything, and answered our questions thoroughly. The particular model that we wanted was not on-site and Drew bent over backwards to get one sent from another site. The rest of the Flow team was great, too! We are definitely going to recommend them to others who are in the market for a vehicle!

Over all I had a very good experience. My salesperson Jack Long was very patient and very helpful as I made my decision. I am very pleased with my purchase and feel that I was treated fairly. I am some what concerned that I did not get a couple things in writing and fear that later on this could be an issue. I only received one key and Jack asked me to come back any Wednesday around noon and get a free key made. Wednesday are an issue for me. The hood would not stay up on the car and Jack said it needed new pumps to hold the hood up and I agree it does. He asked that I address that on my first oil change in the future. Jack could be gone by then or even worse forget all about it. The passenger door lock does not work except in manual. I have not heard back from Jack on that, I called today and asked if he could reply via email so I could have something in writing. If Flow comes through on these issues I would say you are way out front of the competition
