Yesterday my husband and I purchased a GMC Acadia. Brain Green did an amazing job helping us get everything set-up in our car even with some tech issues related to syncing each of our phones. Brian Green was a pleasure to deal with in purchasing our new Buick Encore. We looked, test drove and purchased the vehicle in less than 1.5 hours on a Saturday morning. overall good experience
personnel were friendly and prompt to respond to phone calls. One issue with a chip in the windshield to be repaired was not handled quickly but was repaired within a couple of weeks of purchase. A tour of the service area would have been nice but none was offered. Hopefully, this might be added in the future to provide a better overall experience. I would recommend them to family & friends.

Sales staff were willing to negotiate the price with me. I asked for more money for my trade and received it without any haggling. They handled the financing and found an incredibly low interest rate.

A lucky encounter
We were traveling North on I-95 to New York from Florida on 11/2/14. Our car developed transmission problems & we were forced off the interstate in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. We had the good fortune to see the Davenport Autopark Honda as soon as we got off the road. The next morning, we met Grant Boseman - Service Advisor for Honda. He was able to assess the problem with our car & provide us with the options available to us. He expedited the delivery of the needed parts & made a priority of getting our 2003 Honda Odyssey repaired as quickly as possible. Throughout this process, Grant was sincere, honest & kept us informed of what was going on. He is a fine example of service excellence. Best Service Ever --- Honda For Life
Mr. Gene Langley was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to me choosing a car. He explained things in a way that I could understand and he gave me a crash course (no pun intended) in the features of my car before I drove off the lot. He also helped me to get started on saving contacts into the phone system. My parents were with me and they also said they were so impressed that if they ever get in the market for a new car that they would definitely let Gene Langley (or anyone at Honda) help them. That is the best service that I have ever gotten at a dealership. Also Mr. Phillips made the signing process go very smoothly. He answered all my questions and made me feel right at home. Honda for life. Definitely for me and my family.

Expedient friendly service; it was for oil change and fulfillment on a recall notice... done timely and in the amount of time they had asked the car to be left for which fit into my schedule.
Great Sales person, very knowledgable, did not over sale the car. This is the first vehicle I have ever bought alone without my husband who passed away in March this year, so it meant a lot to have a sales person to understand what I needed. 2014 Buick Enclave
I was driving a 2012 Buick Regal, which I really enjoyed. However, we realized that we really needed a vehicle with more room. The 2014 Enclave fit the bill. I really like it and know it will be perfect for us. Our salesman, Mark C, was the best! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was great at showing me all the features of the Enclave and helping me learn how to use these features. I was very comfortable with him and could not ask for a better salesman. He is A-One in my (and my husband's) book!
I am always pleased with the service that I recieve when I visit Davenport. I also love the DFL program.
