the service department do not give everyone the same treatment they treat some very bad
When I first entered the service center I was treated as a person not as a customer. Everything was clearly explained to me and I was told if anything different was found I would be immediately notified. Although I have brought several vehicles and been to the service center numerous times I was still taken to the service center each time this year when I brought my three vehicles and this insured that my service manager knew I had a new vehicle which he checked to insure it was in his log. To me this is service above and beyond the necessary need and I keep going back to Bill Black Chevrolet Cadillac because of their attention to detail.
I brought several vehicles from Bill Black Chevrolet Cadillac Dealership, the last two were Silverado's and one was an ATS; all were purchased during the year 2013. I have always been treated with dignity and respect at all times. In fact I could not could not have gotten a better deal or service any where else in NC. I told another sales person from another dealership what I paid for one of my vehicles and he stated he could not beat the price.

good price one day and really bad price the next1 we even shook hands on the good price!! I liked that car, sorry they were crooked
