2016 Ford Edge SEL

I went to Felix Sabates Ford looking for new F150 on a Friday afternoon. Found one I liked test drove it and was ready to sit down and talk numbers. After going back and forth for 5 hours the salesman and sales manager finally came out and shook my hand and said congradulations on your new vehicle. So I went ahead and gave them a check for my down payment. It was late in the day so they told me to come back the next day (Saturday) they would have my new truck ready to go. Well as I was getting ready to leave to go pick it up I receive a call from the salesman saying that they needed to speak with someone at the bank to get all the particulars to finalize the paper but assured me that we still had a deal for the terms we had agreed on the day before. So we set up a time on Wednesday to come finalize everything and pick up the truck. Wednesday came and just as I was getting ready to leave to pick up my new truck I receive a text message from the salesman telling me not to come they were still working on the paperwork and would let me know when it was done. I then received a call saying they needed some more information from me to get this done but everything was good. So I spent the time getting them what they needed and at no point did they say that anything had changed they were just getting everything put together for me. After all this I received a call on Thursday from the sales manager telling me that they could honor the terms that we had originally agreed to. He proceeded to tell me that he could find me another vehicle because he couldn't make the one I liked and put money down on work after I was told we had a deal shook hands and left that day. And in no way did they try and make this right with me. I would NOT recommend doing business with this dealer.

The service was excellent. We brought it in the afternoon before our appointment and Patrick started the workers on it right away. He called and gave a clear assessment of the work that needed to be done. The car was ready early the next morning. What a pleasant surprise to have the work done so well and so quickly. Friendly, convenient, and free car wash!

Friendly and knowledgeable. They also didn't try to oversell me extra things beyond what I really needed at that time. Just informed me about what could be done in the future, along with the cost. Also got a free car wash out of it! The waiting room is great too, with coffee, tea, and tables to complete work if needed.

QC issue with our new 2017 Explorer with less then 2300 miles

Brought our vehicle in for a simple fix and did have some issues originally getting the issue fixed. But Nigel worked hard to make sure that I was satisfied with the fix on our vehicle. I also loved the fact that he took the time to work with me, I didn't have an appointment or anything I just walked in. He also assured me that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Well you were extremely busy and the team went out of there way to get me in and out and I appreciate that. I only have one problem I bought the truck just three months ago and already I'm told it needs a brake job and a tune up. Why not do this before the sale of the vehicle anyways if you could maybe give me a call and figure out why after just two oil changes I need work done. Thanks Julian Delporte

Very pleased with service and staff

Never look forward to bringing my vehicle into a dealership based on prior experiences. However, I must say this was my first experience with this dealership and could not be happier. Worked with Eliza and she was great. It was a warranty issue and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. The main problem was a squeak and they could not find it on the first visit. When I took the car back, they made sure they understood clearly the issue. No excuses, just apologized for the inconvenience of having to bring it back. Very professional at all times and could not be happier.

Ripoff followed by poor service

Stay Away! There are other ford dealerships out there. I bought a car a year and a half ago right after being in a head on collision. They ripped me off on the price of a used car (I was looking for a new car) and they added a service contract at the end without explanation. I later tried to get the service contract refunded, but they refused making up excuse ofter excuse. Today I found out that it was a 1 year/12k mile thing, when the whole time (even now) they kept saying it was something else. No apology, or explanation, and still refuse to refund it. Last month, I wanted to get a Ford Focus as I saw some good incentives on the Ford website. They didn't want to own up to their bad business from before, and crafted a deal, where they said I wasn't eligible for ANY incentives, they would trade my car (for less than bluebook), then roll the negative equity onto the new car. This deal was a base Focus for $30k. Stay Away! There are other ford dealerships out there.

Albert Paille was my salesman for the purchase of a 2015 Ford Edge. I bought the car sight unseen and Albert walked me through the whole purchase. He worked out my trade in, sent people to pick up and deliver. Albert kept in touch with me during the whole process and was a wonderful asset. Great customer service

Bryan Gunter was our adviser. My wife could not stand to deal with the previous advisor but I know that Bryan will be a definite improvement. We made the appointment, with a receptionist, to have a recall completed and an oil change. Bryan emailed us shortly thereafter and let us know about the status of the recall. He was quick to respond to our enquires and when we arrived for the service, he was courteous, professional and very understanding. As I said, a great improvement and a welcomed addition.
