I just purchased a Honda Civic at Flow Honda in Burlington, NC. The entire process was an exceptional experience. Since I visited the dealership more than once, I dealt with two salesmen, Mark York and Brian Byrd. Both of them took very good care of me and made my experience extremely pleasant. The Sales Manager and the Finance Manager were also extremely helpful and easy to deal with. I look forward to a long relationship with Flow Honda.

Mark M and my Honda CRV

A special thanks to Mark M at Burlington Honda. I love my new Honda CRV! Earlier in the day, I had visited Crown Honda Southpoint which is 5 miles from my home. I was treated so poorly that I decided there was no way I would purchase a car from them if they were the only dealer in NC! My son suggested that we try Burlington Honda and offered to go with me. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark M , who was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and super patient with me and my list of questions. While I knew the car I wanted (CRV ... had to be blue!), I was questioning which trade would work out best. Mark quoted prices for an outright sale, a trade involving my Accord, and a trade involving my son's Infiniti. Mark answered all my questions and was able to have the car ready to go the next morning, when we brought my son's car back for the trade. It was such a pleasant experience dealing with Mark at Burlington Honda! Mark even called me this morning to see if I had any questions. I love my new CRV and highly recommend Mark at Burlington Honda!

Service with a snarl

Went to Burlington Honda for my 5000-mile oil change, and the guy was completely rude and surly. He hyperextended my emergency brake so far I had to get him to come release it. At 8500 miles, I got my second oil change at Walmart, and they let me know I have a major oil leak. The guy at Burlington said not a word about it...
