Simple process

Bobby Winkler was friendly, engaging, and professional. He answered our questions thoroughly and efficiently. We knew going in what the price of our vehicle was, so there was no pressure or negotiating. The only glitch in the entire process was the initial offer for our trade, which was either a mistake or an insult. I think it was simply a mistake because we sold our vehicle to a different dealer a day later and received over four thousand more in cash than the offer from Paramount. The time spent in the finance office was also relaxed and handled efficiently. We would highly recommend Paramount Kia.

It was a big decision about a big purchase, but Alexa and Michael gave us great advice about the best way to get our new car. Helped us where we needed it and didn't press on the little things. Made buying our first new car in 20 years as (relatively) easy as possible.

New Car Buying Can Be Exciting

I wanted to say my recent transaction with Paramount Kia of Asheville was a positive car buying experience. From the moment I was greeted by Alexa Keffe, the sales consultant, she made the experience, fun, informational and exciting. Alexa responded to all my follow-up questions from that first visit until I signed for the car loan, 2 days later. Jordan Ogle, in finance, made the process simple and as painless as possible. It is helpful that Paramount utilizes a technology specialist, Shana Davis, who sits with you in your new car and goes over features and the technology involved. She even provided a follow-up call the day afterward, I want to say thank you to the Paramount Kia team (those names I mentioned) who helped make this a great experience!

Its very rare these days when you can confidently say you had a great experience spending money , but that's exactly what Normand provided. Buying my car was an effortless and stress free process if I have another need for a car in the future Normand will be the person I will be contacting.. Amanda in financing needs to also be mentioned because she answered all the questions I could have thought of even the ones that google told me I needed to ask lol

A huge thank you to Alexa who treated me graciously and put me at ease during my very first visit to a car dealership. She outlined everything simply and helped me feel supported through the process, as well as gave me lots of options for my limited budget. I did not expect to feel so personally cared for in this type of interaction and although I did not walk out with a car that day, when I am ready, I will be coming back to work with Alexa!
