I found the salesman (Ron) to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and easily accessible. He did not try to sell me a car, but assisted me in selecting a car. The overall experience was terrific, from the coffee bar in the lobby to closing the deal (in two days). Outstanding job!

Friendly, courteous and polite people. Justin T. was great. He took the time to answer our questions. He even took the time to connect my wife’s phone to the vehicle and help her set up her memory seat. Of course the car is for her. Paul from the financial department was great as well. Can’t say enough good regarding our experience.

Friendly Honda provided a quick and efficient sales process when we purchased our new 2024 Honda CRV. There was no high pressure selling or push to use dealer financing or add options. This is the 3rd Honda we have purchased from Friendly and the 2nd from Brandy our sales person.

The entire process at Friendly was very simple and Carlos made this possible. We handled most of the “discussion” and Q&A through text or phone as our family had a number of personal set-backs throughout December. Carlos respected the situation and did whatever he could to let us focus on the family while also considering a major purchase. The stock is low as anyone shopping for a new car can tell you and Carlos worked on various lease and buy options across a few models. In the end we agreed on a purchase and my wife loves her new CRV-EX L.

This is the first time I have purchased a Honda CRV from friendly Honda. My experience was beyond amazing. Yes, I was very nervous. But immediately that was put to rest. The sales consultant Carlos Scaloni is amazing. He is kind, caring, friendly and funny too, very respectful and know his stuff. Thank you Carlos for such an amazing experience. The Business manager Brian Hartwell is very kind and funny. he helped me a great deal and for that I am very grateful. Friendly Honda live up to its standard. And my experience with them is amazing.

The person I dealt with for the financials made me feel like I was a nuisance to him. Like I was bothering him. I didn’t feel happy buying a new car. Was a little disappointed in the car I bought. I was told I was getting the same car. When in fact I didn’t. No leather seats, no automatic opening for the hatch back ( because I am short. When I open it very hard to close it) no saving driver one and driver two seat preferences . Don’t get me wrong Honda makes beautiful cars. It’s just something I am going to have to get use to.

On My 5th Lease

This was a little different leasing process this year having to order 2022 lease actually being built and leased by certain date returning old lease. However I always go straight to Papa because I started with PaPa for first 3 leases and last two has been Justin with Papa though promoted involved working to get me an affordable monthly payment. Very organized when i got there ready for me to sign lots of paperwork to get me in and out. Then i saw finance, Casey, new to me explain reasons, prices, options etc for 2022 lease. She was very professional as is Papa and Justin. I have been coming here since 2010 leasing every 3 years only way I can afford to do it. Highly recommend Friendly Honda. If it wasn’t for Papa the first time I walked in door in October 2010, I don’t think i would have leased but i kept well within range of mileage and past few years very very low mileage. Dont have to worry breaking down my biggest fear of older cars I had in past. Some lucky person will be driving my former lease. I loved it! I have leased different models in past but did same model again. Thanks especially to Papa and Justin at Friendly Honda!
