Excellent service !!!!

I took my 2009 fusion in for a catalytic converter. I could not have asked for better service. The guy at the service desk was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I even got a ride back home since it was was going to be a while. The porter was also very nice. He even picked me up when my car was finished. I give Bill Kay Ford 100 stars !!!!!

Maintenance checkup.

I needed an oil change. After they did the checkup, they said I needed some warranty work done. I didn't have to make an appointment and was able to get the warranty work two days later. And it took less time than they originally told me.

Remote Starter Installation

The service was great. The only issue was that I was informed that it would only take 1-1.5 hours to install my remote starter, however it ended up being a total of 7.5 hours because there was a piece that they had to send out for. Luckily they offer shuttle service so I was able to get to work and was picked up once my car was ready. I actually prefer the service that I receive from Bill Kay over the service of where I purchased my Ford Fusion. When I decide to trade it in I will definitely be purchasing from Bill Kay.

long day, happy ending

I brought my vehicle into Bill Kay for a remote starter for a 2013 C Max. Unfortunately the vehicle had to remain all day because the wrong starter was sent. I did have other things to do that day so a driver took me home, but the vehicle was still not available and i was really pressed for time. Kevin was nice enough to let me use a loaner vehicle for the that last errand of picking up my dog at the vet An extreme obligation for me. After I picked up my dog, I returned the loaner and was extremely happy after a long exhausting day. Even though it was a long day, Kevin made sure I was taken care of for the day.

THRODDLE BODY

I purchased my ford escape at Car Max and purchased the extended warranty. I couldn't not get my issue fixed at carmax for over 2 weeks. I also tried to get into McCarthy Ford and they couldn't see me till the 30th of November. I had an issue with the Throddel body and your Service Manager told me he had that part in stock and could see me the very next day. I dropped off my car at 730, the porter took me to work. I received a phone call from Bill Kay that my car was ready before noon and I told them I would get a ride there to pick it up. The person that called me to let me know my car was ready, said oh no we can deliver it to you and send someone with our porter for a ride back. This was above and beyond and I am very very satisified with Bill Kay and have told quite a few people how well my experience was with Bill Kay. Thank you for having excellent customer service.

Long wait at service counter. 3 guys coming and going but only one guy asked if I need help. The woman in front of me was a bit of a challenge for the service writer and took alot of time. Why wasnt there another service writer to assist?

My2014 Ford focus had a recall I brought it in they said it will take about hour first they welcome me with s joke ask was I ready for trade in. had problem with setting the clock they reset it with no problem left feeling very happy

I knew I wanted a Ford Fusion, and Will Wilson took me for a test drive in the SE. Later on I decided I needed heated seats, remote start and the exterior color to be Blue, which they did not have at the dealership at the time. Will was extremely helpful in accommodating my needs and mindful of my budget, and he found me the exact car I was looking for and had it brought down from Wisconsin for me!
