Great Experience

The entire process of getting a car to replace my QX50 which was in an accident amd totaled was beyond amazing. I told my salesperson what I wanted and over the phone and when I got to the dealership the next day they had the perfect car for me. All of the people I worked with are exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a car from a dealership where the customer, not the sale, is the first and foremost priority.

Maria was my contact for regular maintenance. She was very professional , nice, kept me informed as to what was being done. When the car the delivered it was washed but noticed that the trunk area was a little dusty. She immediately asked one of the porters to clean the back and apologized For delaying returning the car quicker.

Paid for a maintenance plan for a new vehicle. Apparently it “expired” last month but they didn’t mention that until I came this month for service. Came there 2xs before, and was told it was too soon for the maintenance. So, I paid them, and then had to pay again...

It’s good to go to a place to obtain service yet, talk about the family. They don’t just try to get to know your vehicle but family as well.

Good but not great service

1. Service inspection flagged two items for critical maintenance but it’s actually based on mileage triggers and not the state of the car or it’s inspection. Seems weird to have those pop up at critical (red) when they were never previously flagged at my regular interval service. And, one of those critical maintenance recommendations was actually performed 9 months prior so definitely was not accurate. 2. The service of a free ride via Uber when picking up my car wasn’t executed well. The first time they linked it to the wrong phone number. The second time once it was properly linked I was given no map link or mode/make to track or verify my Uber. In all it took 45 min when it should have taken 20.

Routine Maintenance Dissatisfaction

We came in for routine maintenance and we had several issues with service that we received. First off, we had tire pressure adjusted incorrectly. The manufacturers suggestion is 33-35 psi in the front two tires and 30 psi in the back and this was done backwards. We were driving the next day and the the indicator light came one so, we had to pull over, look up the numbers and adjust it ourselves. We have had issues with the windshield sprayer in the rear of the car. This was brought to the attention of the tech on site and we were told it was the canister that had been cracked and the thing needed replacement. Well, we took it somewhere else that was absolutely not the case. The tube had just become detached. Lastly, the front seats were left very dirty. We can provide photos if you would like. Thank you taking the time too listen to our feedback.

I’m surprised that I’m asked for survey for the service. I have never received such a bad service in my life. One day I showed up at your dealership because of two minor issues in my 2019 Q60, one my passenger side middle seat was not sliding all the way and one of my headlight has water condensation and needed to be replaced. A young girl in the service department brought an old school sales guy who started giving me song and dance that it will cost me $160/ for diagnostic and if it is covered under warranty I will be reimbursed, why I was not I told the same thing by the service staff. After spending 2 hours and explaining to several people my reasoning for being there I was asked to bring the car next day at 11am I dropped the car at 11a next day and was told by the same young girl in service department that it will take about 3 hours and she will call me when my car is ready. I came back in 4 hours when I didn’t get the call. Now, the same girl brought a mechanic with her this time and asked me to tell him what’s wrong with my car. REALLY.......????? Now, she was giving me stories that they are very busy. I had an appointment. I spent 2 hrs yesterday explaining my car issues If you had to ask, why didn’t you do it when I dropped it off. She yet asked me to bring the car back when she received the head light (your parts department don’t carry 2019 head lights)??? She apologised and promised that she will call me as soon as she gets the lights In a day or two, and to insult me further she signed the back of her card for a free minor detail of my car. Usually you get a free courtesy car wash every time you go to a dealership. I asked her since my car was there all day and was kind of dusty, if I cold get a wash, to my amazement, she decline. By the way, I never received a call from your dealership that if the head light was in. Would I recommend a friend or a family? answer is NO.....! Organisation chart doesn’t go from bottom to top, It’s always other way around. If employees don’t care about device. Management should be analysing themselves.

Everytime we've used them they either dont stand behind their work or don't listen when you talk. This trip specifically they made us wait to look over our insurance policy on a rental car because we had the information electronically (which is legal) and print it. Also did not have all the information given over the phone to them and went all the way back through it
