Dishonest from sales manager Ryan on down

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. IF YOU GO THERE PLEASE JUST USE THEM UP AND WASTE THEIR TIME TO GET A QUOTE AND THEN TAKE IT TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP IN THE TAMPA AREA BECAUSE THEY WILL MATCH IT. Sales Manager Ryan, and sales representatives Adelso and Mike are dishonest. They lied to my face, smiling the whole time. Ryan especially. THE PLACE LOOKS LIKE A FILTHY BINGO HALL BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT IT IS. BE VERY AWARE THAT THEIR STANDARD SALES AGREEMENT INCLUDES A CLAUSE THAT ALLOWS THEM TO CANCEL AT THEIR DISCRETION. RYAN POINTED THIS OUT VERY CLEARLY TO ME AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO TALK ABOUT HOW HIS "NEW YORK LAWYERS" WILL BACK HIM UP AND IT WON'T COST HIM A PENNY. They did not have the specific car my mother wanted so she filled out a sales agreement with the specifications, a specific price, and they took a deposit. On the 30th of the month they called her at 6:30PM (dealership closes at 8) wanting her to come to the dealership (45 minutes away) to sign all the paperwork and deliver a certified check for the car (remember, the car wasn't there yet). She refused. Then they called back 30 minutes later and said they didn't need the check, just all the signed paperwork, but by that time it was unreasonable to ask an elderly woman to drive that distance and perform that task under duress. When they finally received the car the next day they tried to raise the price $900, or tear up the agreement. We told them tear it up. If Ryan treats an 80 year old lady this way just imagine how he will treat you. BTW, FRIENDLY KIA MATCHED THE OFFER ON THE SPOT AND HAS BEEN A JOY TO WORK WITH.

Great customer service

The customer service was great had my car in for service which took a couple weeks which is what i expected.They called me within the 2 weeks to tell me it was ready,when i walked in he knew who i was and said he would be right with me.

Exceeded Expectations

Humberto and the team went above and beyond to assist my wife and I. The hospitality and respect is unlike a typical dealership experience. They kept me informed made realistic suggestions on services needed and those that could wait or we should start planning for. Humberto was on of the most professional individuals I ever met, his level of engagement through the process was top noch. From a General Manager's opinion true leadership ability. Thank you for the great experience we will continue to have our Kia serviced here even when it past warranty.

It was clean, courteous and willing to provide the best price once they knew my situation. And time effective. Great coffee as well! The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful. Also was thrilled to see that banner that said to keep Christ in ALL seasons! I appreciate that it up front. I asked and they said no one has ever complained. God Bless!

EVERYTHING! I dealt with 3 people specifically. Jennifer, who gave me the quote and expertly guided me through the process. Cool Breeze, who took me home and kept my truck safe, driving it home, whom also provided an excellent conversation on the way home. The Very Kind blonde woman at the front desk who was amazing to deal with. Whomever fixed my truck did an amazing job, the spacing looks great everything matches. I'm very pleased to say the least. And every single person that walked through the door greeted me in some form or fashion (*THAT SHOULD BE COMMENDED AS A TEAM EFFORT, I seriously have not seen that in a very long time.)
