I am very pleased with my saleman Jason. he did everything that i expected for him to do. Also Larry the service rider is by far the best service Rider you have, I hope and pray he will be back from his health problems. He is the best. Jason went over everything on the car with me, took his time and explained every little thing about the new navagator L he is also one of your best salesmans I have bought 3 navagator from him 2011,2015, and 2018

My purchase of a 2018 Lincoln Navigator was seamless. They knew the exact SUV I wanted and called me right away when the truck came in. They held it for me until I drove over from my home 45 minutes away and 2 hours later the Navigator was ours. Great team!

I leased an MKZ Hybrid(2016) and the experience at Park's was really a pleasure. Every person that was involved -the sales lady, her manager, and the finance guy were friendly, and helpful. I have had no issues with the car in the 6 months that I have had it. The service people for my first and only service call were great, as well.

Broken Promise

I bought a new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid a little over a year ago with the promise of two years free maintenance. On a new car, basically that means oil changes and tire rotations. Since the car is a hybrid, service is called for every 7500 miles. I brought in the car for it 22,500 mile service recently and was told it would be my last one at no charge. I protested saying I had two years or 30000 miles before I'd have to start paying for maintenance and was told of the New Policy. That doesn't work with me.... I expect to have the dealership honor their promise and provide one more service at the 30,000 mile point or at the two year anniversary, which ever comes first. I am very disappointed in Parks Lincoln of Tampa.

I have a Lincoln MKZ 2015 that i bought in Quebec, Canada and I come in Florida as a snowbird. I went to this dealer without any apointment to do my maintenance and they accept me right away like an usual customer and I receive a fantastic service. I would highly recommend Parks Lincoln of Tampa to buy your next new or used car. I have bought 2 new Lincoln MKS from this dealership and it has been a pleasure to buy from Parks Lincoln of Tampa. They do not pressure you to buy a car but they are willing to answer any and all questions you might have. Parks Lincoln of Tampa has a very friendly staff and the finance manager Nick is especially helpful. Nick goes the extra mile to get you the best deal on your new car and with the financing as well. Nick treats everyone with respect regardless of their financial situation and is always willing to go that extra mile for the consumer. I am completely thrilled with the purchase of my new 2013 Lincoln MKS. The MKS has everything a driver could want and some things you didn't know you would want like messaging seats and much more. Best Lincoln Dealership in Tampa Bay with the Best Car

I shopped around many dealerships looking at several cars. I checked out the Mercedes-Benz E350 and the Infiniti M37 along with the Lincoln MKS at a couple of dealerships. First and foremost the Lincoln MKS came in hands down as the best car. The MB E350 doesn't have anywhere close to the bells and whistles that the MKS has, and the MKS is at least $6k less. The Infiniti M37 was very nice but it too was a good $8k more. The Lincoln MKS has it all and more. It's bigger, more comfortable, all the bells and whistles, and regular gas to boot. Northgate Lincoln was a pleasure to work with. They found me the car I wanted at a price that was fair to all. It was delivered as requested and I couldn't be happier. Northgate is the only true Lincoln dealership vice Bill Currie that also sells Fords. They are quite what a MB or Cadillac dealership is (I miss the automated cafe latte machines and fresh donuts in the service department) but their service department is far superior to Bill Currie's. See Bobby at Northgate Lincoln Mercury, you can't go wrong.

Best buying expirence ever

I started shopping about two weeks ago. I first started with MSN autos which told me the closest Lincoln Mercury Dealers in my area. I went to each one Northgate being my last. I felt pressure from ever one i went to. They all had there own little pitch "big sale", "closing out the month strong", and of course " I will make you the best deal your my bonus car", until i went to Northgate. This place was different, there wasn't 20 salespeople standing outside waiting to pounce, but I was promtly greeted. The young man who greeted me (Shane Norsworthy) was very nice. He wasn't pushy never asked me what I wanted to pay or try to see if i could afford it( you know those questions the ask) he was excited about the vehicle and us looking at it. Shane went over packages and options available along with colors and drivetrains. He never once tried to push us one way or the other. Which was refreshing considering what other places had been like. He made the shopping expirence enjoyable, which is something i thought i would never say when talking about car shopping. We came in three different times before even working numbers. When we finally decided on the Navigator we called around got some numbers from different dealers, went back and saw Shane. His numbers beat the rest by $1200.00. My wife and I couldnt believe it. Not only was this place the best shopping expirence, they had the best price right off the bat. The purchase process only took twenty minutes, with paperwork and the car to be cleaned. This was the best Buying expirence I have ever I had. Thanks to Northgate Lincoln Mercury and Shane.
