Awesome experience didn’t take long.
The work that I requested done was not completed. I asked for a tire rotation to go along with my oil change. I also asked for them to rotate the spare in. I assumed that the tire pressure would also be checked and proper tire inflation levels would be completed before returning to me. I specifically pointed out that one tire seemed to be much lower according to the tire censor. I ended up having to go to a Firestone dealer to fix what I had asked and paid for initially. I hope they did put synthetic oil in the vehicle as requested, but I have to wonder.

Did my research, Jim Browne stood out against the 12 other dealerships with-in a 30 mile radius of my house. they found what I wanted, sent someone from Tampa store to Miami to pick up my Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, 4.7 Liter V-8. My trade in was in such bad shape, they gave me a free loaner to drive till my Jeep was prepped and ready for pick up. I've been in once for oil change service and Uconnect update, took about an hour, the Uconnect taking 45 minutes of that hour. Everyone from sales to service has treated me very well.

I was not pushed or hassled. I was offered extra options to the purchase but was not pressured when I declined. The free lifetime warranty on the used car I bought is unprecedented anywhere else around. The service of picking me up an hour away in rush hour traffic to facilitate me driving the car home was truly exquisite customer service.

10,000 mile maintenance
I was approached in the queue by Neil Gillette, who was very kind and courteous throughout the entire maintenance process. He informed me multiple times that morning of the progress the technicians were making and what was found and he continued to be personable and exceedingly informative. Recall work on truck
I had an appointment to have some recall work done on my truck and was given an estimated time frame of 45 minutes to an hour. Luckily I did not wait there for my truck because it took around 6 hours to get to my truck. I am pretty sure they just threw it aside and helped others that did not have appointments.
Came in for my first oil change and some random recall service check. Everything came out well and they called me when it was all done. I like how my seat was covered in plastic to avoid any residues from getting on the seats. Good service, people who work there are helpful.
Horrible dealer stay away!! I have bought vehicles from them and have my Dodge Vipers and Prowlers serviced by them, I get them back every-time with more problems or existing problems not fixed. They actually gave me a Prowler back with a nail stuck in between my battery terminals, after I told them previously to put new terminals and a new battery in the car, but again they argued with me saying my battery and terminals were fine, just needed adjusted, and their adjustment was sticking a nail in one of the terminals. I Didn't find this out till I broke down ten miles away. Second time I had another Prowler with a check engine light on, I said fix whatever is making that light come on, $1500 later I came in to pick it up after I was told it was ready, a service rep drove it up to me, I got in and what to my surprise the check engine light was still on, had to wait another week and $300 dollars more. Simply the service reps will talk down to you and not listen to a word you have to say, specially the service rep Justin. Again stay away!
