Awesome Experience

I drove onto Proctor Subaru and a older gentleman by name of Hank Smith came out to greet my husband I. We talked about the Subaru Outback base and premium models. I asked to test drive the premium model and fell in love with the car. Hank was friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the process. I truly enjoyed my experience with Hank. Hank would be a great mentor for a new employee not familiar with sales.

Wonderful experience in purchasing my Outback

Hank Smith was amazing. He put me at ease immediately. I never felt pushed and he knew everything about the options of each car that I was considering. I also was pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was from finance to service. I instantly felt like I made the best decision in purchasing a Subaru. I am looking forward to very long relationship with this dealer.

With over 100 years in the car sales business, Proctor's shines above the rest! From the snacks (biscotti, Cracker Jacks, cookies, peanuts), and bottled water offered to customers to the straight no pressure sales pitch provided by both Tony and Hank. Why buy your vehicle anyplace else and not receive the optimum service and hospitality that Proctor's provides? Take my advice and purchase your next vehicle from Proctor's.

I found the car on the internet and negotiated with Abel over the phone. He was always available and straight forward. I ended up coming down from Atlanta and he picked me up and took me to the hotel and the next day drove me to the dealership. The buying experience was great! I cannot overstate how comfortable they made me feel and how nobody pressured me into getting more stuff. I wish other dealers would be as good to their customers. Thank you, Abel, and the rest of the team.
