BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER...BUYER BEWARE!!
Took my wife's 2005 PT Cruiser in for repairs on Fri. morning at 11:45 am because the check engine light was on. Was coming up with U110C engine code which meant multiple misfires but car was running very smooth, no hesitation, no skipping. They called and told me that they needed to replace the spark plugs and ignition spark plug wire set. They also added a throttle body kit and an induction kit.I approved this. Couldn't finish it on Fri. so they kept car. Called me Sat to inform me that the engine valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals were leaking and now I needed a new fuel injector which was going to cost another $350.00. I refused. Because I refused, they did not replace valve cover gasket or spark plug tubes. The car was ready for pick up at 4pm (which by the way, is when they close on Sat.) The car, which was running perfectly smooth prior to repairs now wants to stall at every light and is skipping terribly and the check engine light is now blinking and this is $520.00 later. Tried calling them back but of course they were closed and won't be open again until Monday. Thank you very much Suncoast Chrysler. Will never return and will never recommend!!

A waste of time
So where to start and properly get the word out......Sales:, dishonest, no integrity, all about how to get ahead of the consumer and undermine loyalty and respect for the consumer. Over pricing of new cars and used cars to pad their commissions.....Service: truly a joke, excessive waits for shuttle, no loaners when vehicle is being kept all day, always have to order parts and be inconvenienced a second time for the same problem, inexperienced technician who can not duplicate problems and don't want to resolve consumers needs........Owner: Willfully lies to your face about selling a defective under powered cars, all he wants is the signature, a poor excuse for a crooked businessman.......Finance: My personal favorite; this guy is a true deviant to his line of work, no honesty lies about payments//Sales tells you on payment and finance guy come up with one much higher. In addition, Capital One is partnered this as a reputable dealer for pre-approved loans..(NOT FOR LONG WAYNE) but finance guy is in bed with local companies like Exeter in Tampa who will approve the loan I might add but also give you a higher interest rate to rip off the consumers and talk them out of financing with Capital One. Sales people: nothing yo be said but truly incompetent in their field, and they try to steal vehicle sales right from under the nose of other sales people by selling a vehicle in process of being financed by one sales person to another customer; truly a disgrace to the car business (Rick). Positive Sales Experience at Suncoast CJDR
We purchased a 2014 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Simon B was also our salesman and we couldn't have been more pleased. Simon was knowledgeble and patient as we went over available vehicles and options. We foud the Jeep we wanted in the color we wanted and with the options we decided in stock. While the vehicle was being prepped, Simon took us on a tour of the dealerships facilities and told us of the dealerships history. All in all, we are satisfied customers, thanks to Simon.
Suncoast Chrysler Jeep Dodge
Simon B. was great, when I first contacted him he recommended a Jeep that fit my needs, but the picture on their website showed a hard top, I wanted a soft top, he informed me the web image was wrong and went out and took pictures himself and sent them to me. Prior to all that he even offered for them to come out to my house for a test drive if it was more convenient for me. Also, being that we got there late Saturday and we haven't had dinner yet, he offered my wife and me coffee and donuts from their break room. We were so please with Simon B. service we bought two Wranglers.
Recent Van Purchase from Suncoast Motors
May wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Chrysler T & C van from Suncoast. It was not a typical purchase. We live on the island of St. Martin, FWI and really do not have acceptable phone service. We contacted the salesman, Simon B., via internet and over a couple of weeks, found the exact vehicle we were looking for. We made all the arrangement via e-mail, including the leasing arrangement and for Simon to deliver the van to us at the Orlando airport. We had recently purchased a home north of Orlando and wanted tro have the van available while we were setting up our home. Simon delivered the van to the airport and we signed the papers in the luggage pick up area and then he went to get the van and had it ready for us and helped us load our luggage wihich included our two large dog kennels which contained our dogs. Not only was the van fillled with gas but Simon had already drove to our new home to get my wife's signature on a few of the documents. He then drove back to the airport and met me. He spent time going over the details of the van and made sure that all was in order for me to simply drive away. Before we agreed to the purchase. I had communicated with two other dealers whicfh were somewhat close to our new home. Neither of these could provide the model of van we wanted and their prices were not as good as Simon's. Just bought a car at Suncoast and wanted to give a shout out to the many fine folks there. My sales rep, Carey S., is one of the top sales people there and he is TOPS! Had worked with Carey in looking for a used vehicle and was having a tough time finding the right car for me. Yesterday Carey called me to tell me about a car that just came in on trade! I mean this car was hot ( engine hadn't even cooled when I got there, JK). When I got to the dealership the car was in detail and Jeremy, while working hard to finish the detali and go home on a Friday night, allowed me to take the car for a test drive, interupting his work and causing him to stay late. A big"thank you " to him. Carey and I took the car for a test drive and Carey then made the negotiation as fun a process as possible. Carey and his sales manager Steve were great in listening to me and very responsive. Steve came back with a great price and Jill in finance made it affordable. But I must say, this all came about because I had a great sales person who never lost patience while I was shopping, was attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and was respectful of my concerns and time. Carey is a true professional and a truly great guy. Stop in at Suncoast and ask for Carey while shopping for your next car! Thanks to all.

I have bought several cars there but the service has always been bad. Quote one price and charge another....Had a service tec yell at me cause i disagreed!! The worst
Shady sales Practice!
Saleperson was the owners Son. Took my deposit, then was sent into a room with John, who was a high pressure sales person for extended warnentee, remember they have the deposit already. I insisted on speaking to the owner son again, John stated "He has nothing to do with this!_ I did not purchase any add ons, Wrong Women!
AAA rating? Go to another repair shop
This dealership is sad, they will tell you the car will be ready in an hour, as you wait, and hour, they will then inform you it will be another two hours, this has happened more than once! Also have been charge $600 for repairs, and the car still not running!
Service Tech dented hood
Took my '09 Ram in for an oil change. Everything was great until they brought my truck back out. The service tech left a dent on my trucks hood right where you push down to close it. Service manager Robert M. Days set up another appointment for me to go back and spend more time there while they try to remove the dent. This is the first dent in the two years since buying the Ram, and I get it having taken it to a dealer! Can't believe it. Will up-date after next Mondays visit.
Very Dishonest Dealership - Buyer Beware!
The new Jeep we bought from Suncoast turned out to be a lemmon. The vehicle has under 30,000 miles and has been into the shop eight times for the same problem. Even with a warranty we pay $100 each time for a diagnostic fee. The problem has not been fixed until I went to another dealer to fix the problem. The staff at Suncoast has not been helpful and was really rude, as if it was my fault the new Jeep had a problem. Suncoast Chrysler/Jeep has tried to scam us every chance they could and they will try to scam you too! Their rates are horrible for new cars, used cars, and service. I never did my research, buyer beware!!! Too late for me now, but I want to help you save your money.
Rip off, bad place to buy a car
High presure sales and smooth talking you won't know what you are paying for and when you get home and look at the papers you will see how much more you spent then you thought. I went back and told them the numbers don't add up to what they said, they said too bad you signed the papers. I am an old lady and I feel they took advantage of me and ripped me off in more ways then one. their custmer service in car sales is horabale! I have been shook for days, i hope i don't have a heart attack over it all. I would not take my Dog back there ! My son inlaw talked to the owner him self, he said too bad , she signed the papers! call anyone you want we don't care we did nothing wrong!
I moved to Pinellas Cty from out of state. I own 3 late model Chryslers. I have found Suncoast's Service to be outstanding. Very professional and helpful. I have found the dealer to be much more knowledge about my vehicles then the Tire Store Techs who where working on it prior. Very happy!
Horrible Service Department
Took my vehicle in for a basic job and it was done poorly. Had to take back and was given wrong information. Also found that an item was broken (potential safety hazard) and they did nothing about it. Noted it on the service receipt, but did not talk to me about it or even offer to repair it. I guess they are not in the business of making money. I definitely would have had them fix it. I own a couple Chrysler vehicles and this place will never see any of them.
