Mind changer

I first came into your business about two-and-a-half 3 months ago the salesman I dealt with complete moron had no clue what they were doing and I did not return for that reason I stopped in 2 days ago just to browse I talk to One salesman who is straight honest with me and he bringing his associate mr. Rodriguez if I spelled that correctly and they were both honest and outstanding they reassured me bring my confidence back into the business of buying from your company and I walked out what a 2018 Toyota 4Runner I would highly recommend them two I'm sorry I don't remember the first salesman the name but just know you do have some really good people working there

Not what I expected or wanted

I had a 2008 Toyota Prius that I purchased elsewhere but had it serviced at Palm Toyota - the dealership has since purchased by Gettel which took over all responsibility for management and service. I was registered on the Palm website with all my service history and repairs. While waiting for service one day my wife called me to look at a new 2016 Prius also with a navigation system as our 'trade-in' had. We purchased the 1985 new Toyota Prius and left our '08 as a trade-in. Everything seemed to work fine, but when we put in the address of our son, the navigation system could not find it. So, we put in another address of a shipping center hat was 12 years old. Again it could not fine it. When I called the salesman at Palm he talked to the manager. He advised us that the new disks from Toyota were due out any day. After repeated requests I was told they were not out yet and it was not the dealership responsible as this was a Toyota problem. I attempted to call Toyota but could not find anyone willing to be responsible for the problem. So, I filed a complaint with the BBB about the new disks, it had been over a year by now. Toyota responded to the complaint with, "Of course we will get Mr. Prescott the new disks. I don't understand why he filed a complaint to BBB as we could have resolved this on the phone, if he had just called." It is now almost three years and still not updated navigation disks!!! Today I was trying to look at the history of service on my car on the Gettle web site and schedule a service. The website does not recognize me or have any history of service on my car. True it is Saturday, but when I asked help to solve this problem I was connected to a 'sales person' that told me she was not an IT person and all I could do is call back next week and try to get this fixed. Now I think I have been more than patient and understanding with this dealership but i MUST caution you to do your homework before going to this dealership.

i have always had a great experience at Gettel of Charlotte County. Service agent Mike Cartelli welcomes me each time I come in and offers excellent customer service. I am appreciative for his experience and willingness to bring full satisfaction to his customers.

Great Service on my 2013 Toyota Tacoma

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I want thank the Gettel service team for their awesome service in repairing the LED light bar on the grill of my newly purchased 2013 Toyota Tacoma. The light system was not a factory product but Steve Soto did outstanding work in fixing the light and securing the wiring system supporting the LED light bar. Thank you very much Steve!!!... I would also, like to recognize Tom Swaney for his professional character and support he gave me during this and I know I can always refer my friends to Gettel Toyota for a great service.
