TERRIBLE! After you buy the car they care nothing for you.
Once you buy the car they don't care about you or the car you bought. Their mechanics are lazy and push you away. Customer Service acts like they are working for the government. We even got to speak to the General Manager and he made many broken promises. At the end we lost a great deal of time. If you think you are good hands because the Sales Team treats you nicely, just remember that Rick Case loves to take your money but cares nothing about you afterwards. Seeing that even the General Manager held no accountability for his actions and his employees, we just gave up.

Tag team of terrible
Me and my family went into the dealership with ever intention of leaving with a car, even bringing a check. We went in because online they had four 2014 cars we were looking for. We were greeted at the door and told them which 2014's we wanted to see. They passed us off to 4 different individuals, finally giving us a man, who for the rest of the two hours we spent, didn't smile at all. Even at our two year old son. My wife and I drove the car, which we liked, but when it was time to talk about buying it he told us the car we drove was a 2015, not the '14 we'd come for. In fact, none of the '14s we wanted were even available for sale. We wasted an hour and a half on that. It got worse because when we were leaving, he brought over the man with the white shirt who told us he could get us the same '14, but as a '15 for less than the internet price of the listed '14. But when he came back, not only was the price not lower, it was exactly the same. His solution, instead of lowering the price, was for us to give them more money(higher down payment). Then insulting me by saying the research I had done on the car was "real numbers, with real cars, in a real dealership." So why not one star? Because the guy without the smile muscles on his face did let us drive the car as much as we wanted and car us water. And the person that greeted us at the door was very nice, as were the others besides those we dealt with.

I had the best car buying experience ever! I was worried that my credit would not allow me to get the best deal. Not only did I get a good deal I got into a better car. This is my second new car and by far the best. My saleman Mort was really patience and full of funny stories thath elp me relax during what I thought wopuld be stressful. The managers were also wonder Allen & John. It was truly a team effort, however it starts with the saleman. Mort is truly one of a kind. I love my Acura TL special edition:)

I go to Rick Case Acura because of their service. I don't face the usual car sales guy trying to push you something down the throat. I just got my 3rd Acura and if the 4th is coming I will sure be visiting Rick Case Acura.

This was an excellent overall buying experience, actually one of my best experiences with a car dealership. You are treated like family starting from the showroom door all the way to the car delivery ramp. The manager Karin K. greets you with a professional and friendly smile, our sales consultant Dan'l G. was awesome, very nice, humble and above all not pushy, the sales manager Mike C. was also extremely nice willing to negotiate and gave us a great deal. John E., the finance manager was super nice and very professional, explained all the paper work in great details and finalized it in very reasonable time.

I was recently in a car accident and began my search for a new car. I was not intending to buy an Acura but due to the service and the way the product was shown i was sold. Returned to purchase a car a few days later and the process was quick and direct as promised. I was shown the features of my car and explained any questions i had until full understand. One of the best car buying experiences i have received.
I would refer others to this dealer. I went in filled out the paper work and came back to sign and take home the car. The staff was very good and they made me the deal that i wanted and the interest rate i was given was better then i have recieved at my previous dealers that i have dealt with.

What a pleasant car buying experience
This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. No hassle or haggling. The internet sales rep Yury, was wonderful, the entire deal was worked out via email and phone call before I even walked into the dealership. Once there Yury went over everything we had talked about, arranged a test drive to make sure this was the vehicle and color that I wanted. Another Rep, Shea, went with me on the test drive and explained everything about the vehicle. Financing was a breeze also, no pressure to try to sell me other products that I was not interested in. I have already recommended this dealership to several friends and plan to come back here for my future car needs. Overall a great place to do business and everyone that I met there was wonderful.
