Never again

Dont be fooled by their smiles and initial great customer service because once you are locked in it becomes extremely poor. I currently have my 2nd lease with them. The first one went fine. When I turned it in they knew I was going to be leasing a 2nd vehicle. They absolutely refused to help me out on the over mileage and they wouldn't give me any discounts or help with the price of the 2nd vehicle. So much for loyalty to returning customers. A few months with the 2nd vehicle I brought the car in for a wash. Even though their washes are awful you can't beat free. I got the vehicle. I returned home which is 5 minutes away and noticed a gash on the front bumper. I immediately went back and spoke with the service department manager, Diego. He said they have to review the video footage and confirm they damaged it. but that they have 1000s and 1000s of cameras throughout the dealership so if it happened there they would find it. I waited a few days...kept calling and calling for updates. Finally Diego calls me back. He said they don't have videos where the cars gets washed or worked on (so much for 1000s of videos). He said there is one camera that does shows that I came onto their property without the damage, but they also have another camera that shows when their employee parked my car and it shows no damage. Then shortly after I get in the car and leave the property so they could not have damaged it. I said that's impossible. I only drove 5 minutes home and back. There is no way the damage occurred when I was driving. It wasn't even damage that a car would get from driving. It was a gash going down like a tool fell on it. So I asked to see this footage. I went in and he showed. He was right, it didnt show the damage. I said well maybe the damage doesnt show because of the video quality. He doubted that. So I said the night it happened when I came back to complain about the damage, when I left that 2nd time I left the same way the employee went so that same camera should show me leaving the 2nd time.....so lets see if we see the damage in that footage. So Diego pulled it up, and sure enough you cant see the damage. So I was right! The damage just doesn't show because of the video quality. So Diego finally agrees it must've happened there and agreed to have it fixed. So I they take my car to fix the damage and my 5k maintenance service. After a week or so I get my car back....and guess what???? They damaged the car again!!!!!! UNREAL!!!! This time it was on the driver side, front rim...a chuck the size of marble was missing. So I complained to Diego and he said they will take care of it during my 10k maintenance service. Swell. So my 10k just came up and I made an appointment for this afternoon. I came in and showed them proof of insurance for a loner. My insurance card is kind of weird. It has my fiancees name on it since it is her account, but I have another piece of paper that shows my name but the date on that was expired, but it shows the same policy # and info. Diego refused to accept it and the insurance company was closed they could not verify. I said I got pulled over a week ago and a cop said it was fine. Still no. So I said give me the loaner, I will send you the proof in the morning which they have done before. Still no. I am driving around in their lease! Why wouldn't I have active insurance??? It would be the most moronic thing to be leasing a 2016 Lexus and not have insurance. You would think after all the hassle, all the time wasted, all the back and forth, all the frustration they would bend over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. Nope...I am tired of wasting my gas, my time, and my miles because of the incompetency over there. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this dealership. I knew I was going to be posting a review....either a very happy one or a very unhappy one, I was going to base it off how they handle the situation when I brought the car in to get the 2nd damaged fixed. But they failed so here we are! I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. I will not be getting a 3rd vehicle with them. I wish they would cancel my contract, let me return the lease, and be done with them!!! Oh by the way....now they charge $5 a day when you use their loaners and go through sunpass. What an awful company

I leased a 2014 is250. Love the car. Was,told 2 call back after 2.5 years to try to get something else. I have been in the on linexpensive chat b4 thanksgiving and again Dec 21. In both cases I was promised I would be contacted. To date no phone call. Very unprofessional. In addition the same vehicle is has been on the website since November. Very interesting. When this lease is over I may consider another brand. Very disappointed as I have now leased 2 cars from them.

Do Not Buy from them.... very unorganized, they switch numbers around, then they tell you that they don't have the car is stock, straight out lie.... very bad experience

My husband and I were in the market to a buy a new vehicle .we visited a couple dealerships until we drove to JM Lexus to take a look. The minute we walked in through the door we could see it’s a different atmosphere. The greeting we received from the receptionist was tremendous, and then she introduced us to Evan LE the (product Specialist) very professional and knowledgeable. We told Mr. Evan we just passed by to take a look. He took us around the parking lot and showed us several cars, and made the process very easy and comfortable for us. After we picked the car Mr. Evan took us to Matthew the (sales Manager) another great gentlemen we told Matt we don't think we will be qualified to afford a Lexus, Mr. Matt told us buying or Leasing a Lexus is easier than you think, in less than an hour Matt put us in a brand new Lexus for less than we thought and he stayed late to make sure we were totally satisfied. We never thought we will drive a Lexus so soon. That's best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks to everyone at JM Lexus not to forget (product specialist) LJ who took is time to show us the entire feature in the car. Thanks again guys, great customer service. We can finally say we own a Lexus. I will tell everyone about my wonderful experience at JM Lexus. JM under Price!!!!!

5/28/2014 I own a Lexus which was purchased in Miami, and I have had service in Miami as well as Margate. I cannot say enough good things about how friendly and helpful everyone is at JM Lexsus . From the time you pull up the greeters go out of their way ( despite temperatures outside ) to welcome you to this dealership . All transactions at cashier , vehicle loan desk , and with service associates are always smooth . In particular, Bernard Jean ,Assistant Service Manager, goes out of his way to complete the service orders for my scheduled maintenance visits . This is not always an easy task with me , but he is very patient ! That being said , I always return with a smile :) Amazing staff who really knows how to provide top-notch service !!!

Worked with Brian B. He was awesome. I made two test drives with him in a 2008 ES 350 and he was patient and answered all my questions. Didn't pressure me to buy that day. But his professionalism and their prices (very competitive) brought me back to purchase the vehicle. Thanks, Brian!! Love the car. So smooth and quiet. All the bells and whistles on this ultra luxury model. Oh, and they said there were two key fobs but when I was about to drive away I noticed there wasn't a second one. They honored their mistake and are giving me a second one for free. They also fixed a few minor things when I brought it to their attention. Only one negative thing. They wouldn't give me nearly as much for my trade in as CarMax, so it was a hassle to remove plates and sell somewhere else while buying from JM. Other than that, very happy with the experience.

Excellent recovery from prior error - real class

To my utter surprise I recently took my 2005 ES 330 to the JM Lexus service department to repair a rear window that had been replaced and which had failed to work. The original service writer refused to honor the lifetime warranty on paid repairs and was rude. I contacted General Manager Mike B and he made sure that everything was done to solve the problem, ended up replacing an additional part in order to make the original repair work properly. He and service writer Joey M more than compensated for the earlier problem, obviously isolated since I have had a good experience on purchases and service 2007. They exceeded my expectation by recovering with speed and class. Thank you all!

JM Lexus did not honor tire price match as promised

I went in for an oil change,they told me I needed 4 new tires on my ES 350 the tires only had 20,000 miles on them. I bought the car new and was the only driver. They said they honor price matches fem Costco within 30 days.They charged me $1035. for an oil change 4 tires and an alignment. I brought in the price match and they refused to honor it. My bill was four pages long and a labor charge of $165.00. Bad service and not honest. Do not go there.

I just leased my 3rd vehicle from JM Lexus! Although I was interested in other brands and shopped around, I sighed with relief in coming back into JM! The staff is professional, welcoming, and attentive. There is NO high pressure and they truly make clients feel respected. They work hard to create a deal that works for you! The service department is amazing and that adds to the comfort of the JM experience! I promise you will not be disappointed! All staff are excellent, but Tim S. instills such a feeling of trust that he is one of the reasons I returned and now have my third Lexus!

Like most, I am someone who dreads car shopping… Well, I just leased a 2013 Lexus RX 350 and surprisingly it was an enjoyable experience. All thanks to the crew at JM Lexus. My car shopping adventure began with vehicle comparisons with 5 of the luxury brands. At each brand, the salesperson was the typical pushy fast talking guy we have come to know and dislike. That all changed the day I walked into JM Lexus. I was introduced to Tim S., the Product Specialist. According to Tim, his job was to show me everything there is to know about the vehicle. No attempts to talk numbers. He was just proud to show me a Lexus brand vehicle. Unlike other dealership personnel I spoke with, he really knows his cars inside and out. We took the car for a test drive and laughed along the way. By the time I returned from the test drive, the Lexus RX 350 went to the top of my list. He then introduced me to Brad C. the Sales and Leasing Consultant. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to lease or buy and thanks to his wealth of knowledge I was better informed about my options. Still not quite ready to buy, I left JM Lexus that day without any kind of struggle which of course is not the typical experience when buying a car. The next day or so I heard back from Tim and again no pressure. I had such a good experience at JM that I made the decision to go with a Lexus. I shopped other Lexus dealers and there is no comparison. Just walking into the JM dealership you get a positive vibe. I met with Tim and told him which vehicle I had decided upon, he then took me to Brad who was exceptional at providing a realistic deal. It didn’t take hours of back and forth with a manager like it does at other dealerships. Brad had the authority to get me to the number I wanted in a very short period of time. Trust me; I’m no push over… Brad’s deal was significantly less in monthly payments than the deal I negotiated with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I signed the contract, got the keys and then…. Get this… I was introduced to Daryl L. whose job it was to show me how to use every gadget in my new car. He set up my iPhone blue tooth and programmed my top 5 speed dials then gave me his card in case I forgot everything he just taught me. Now you would think that the positive experience, great personnel and unbelievable deal would be enough… nope… the icing on the cake…. when you buy or lease a vehicle at JM Lexus you get free car washes for life. You get to sit in a massage chair, surf the web on iPads, play a round on the putting green or have free breakfast/lunch while your car is being cleaned. JM Lexus has designed a shopping experience like no other car dealer in South Florida. I couldn’t be happier. If you’re interested in a Lexus, JM is the way to go.

NEW 2013 ES

Traded in a 2006 Es. Dealt with a Reggie J. who was professional and reasonable. If you know what you want..what the new car actually costs..what your trade is worth...(go to carmax) so you have a reasonable idea...and are flexible you will purchase a new car from him. I have found J.M. to be the epitome of what a car dealer should be....Be aware many of the cars have extra's and this is where your flexibility comes into play.

Worst service experience ever!

Scheduled a service today to have my oil changed and headlight replaced. Was told that we were looking at 1 1/2 hours. During the ensuing 3 1/2 hour wait in the highly touted "country club", I was rudely told that I could have one small danish as they wanted to make sure there was enough to go around (despite still having a tray of them). Guess they forgot to tell me that they were watching the pennies when I was shown the service waiting room during the sales phase of the business relationship. When I finally got the call that the car was done, there was confusion as one employee told me that it still needed to be washed while another who told me it was finished couldn't find it. When I asked whether it was normal to take 3 1/2 to change the oil (I think a Jiffy Lube can get it done it 30 min tops) they told me that it was largely due to the car wash which took 2 hours to do. For that long of a wait, you would have thought they did a specatular detail job rather than a simple wash???? Just find some place else who will show you a little more respect once the purchase has been finalized.
