Scheduled an appointment with an amazing young lady named Brenda. She was patient kind and most of all very informative. She didn't push me to buy a car instead explained all of the reasons why to buy from the dealership and I am glad I did. I got the car of my dreams at a price I can afford. Way to go guys!
the worst dealer
yesterday i made an appointment for today in the afternoon whit a sales man ,and the general manager called me in the morning to confirm the appointment ,and when i was getting close to the dealer ,was raining a lot they called me to said ,the car was sent to a auction in the morning ,they don"t have a word ,the lie to a clients
REALLY BAD REVIEW SALES CONTACT
well here are some facts made phone contact with sebastian and setup appointment 8pm,got to dealer 7:50pm was greeted by sales person who went to locate sebastian. sebastian then gave me a differant salesperson.why??this sales person sure get another job because during my test drive and after he would not answer my questions, when i then asked the sales(finance mgr) carlos romero questions this sales person would response in a defensive matter.putting me very uneasy.i told carlos that a need another sales person bottom line no deal after argurments. dont spend your time at this dealer dont do it i read reviews before going there i think they somehow filter out the bad reviews lets see what happens with mine.i only buy new cars since 1995 avg aboutone per year for family and friends. this time i was shopping used wish i had the time to write in detail but for me time is money. also they told me there price is what is on line no if and or butts and no outside finance like my credit union. aall issuses here even trade in that i did not have only questions. i have been in active duty with honorable discharge with injury to serve protect people but some people dont deserve me so really try some other dealer cause this is a first for me
Horrible Shady Dealership
I contacted them to check the availability of a 2014 mustang. They confirmed they had the car and scheduled for me to come in and test drive it in a couple hours. I arrived to find that they were disorganized and did not know what was going on. Someone finally showed me the car but it was the wrong one. They brought out a 2015 mustang that looks distinctly different and attempted to convince me it was the same car. They checked the vin number and it obviously it wasn't correct. Apparently the guy who scheduled the appointment with me had "sold the car this morning" even though i called him around 1 pm. They clearly lied about having the car just to get me to come in and try to sell me something. Even if they did you would think the salesman would have the courtesy to call me back and tell me they sold the car since i had an appointment to see it. The salesman then tried telling me that the 2015 ecoboost was even faster than the gt which is ridiculous. This dealership is disorganized, shady, and lacking in business ethics. The only thing good i can say about them is that they were close to where I live so they didn't waste too much of my time. 0/10
Great overall experience. We were able to negotiate some cost down and get a descent value for our trade in. We did not anticipate trading in our vehicle, so we weren't really prepared. They were nice enough to drive to our house after the sale and let us remove all our items. At that time we handed over the title. They even stayed and sync'd our cell phone to the vehicle. Very nice experience. I would do business with them again.
